The food was actually pretty good, they are pretty generous with adding protein to the bowl. A tinny little bit pricy but not horrible. The plastic bowl does make the presentation of the food a level down but the taste was pretty good.

The rice is like chinese fried rice but too oily. I had the mushroom claypot but you have to dig into your pot to find the miniscule mushrooms. The veggies were fibrous and hard to chew.

Not an authentic Asian claypot rice.
They cooked it in clay-pan but didn’t serve it right. The dish come in a bowl which does not look like their photos!!
The rice was mixed with the meat like a fried-rice, and is too oily. Definitely not a good choice for healthy eaters. Totally disappointed base on the photos they displayed.

Got the beef clay pot rice and it was one of the best meals both in terms of value and flavor. It’s got a kick of spice, the richness of the poached egg, crispy clusters of rice, and the beef was juicy and flavorful. I’m adding Geylang Claypot Rice to my list of must-visit places to eat next time I’m in the area. It was a large enough portion to split with another person and we still had a bit leftover.

We had an awesome experience, the beef claypot rice was exceptional! It was just spicy enough, and the soft egg on top, when broken, made the dish just so creamy! The beef was tender, and once ordered you get to watch them cook it! I know, it’s $20 per bowl, but you’re in a resort, it’s single serve handmade, and more than generous portions. Would recommend and try again!

Stopped by for a quick bite, there was a lot to choose so we picked Geylang. I got the chicken claypot rice. It came out quick which was nice but it was ok. A little dry and the chicken was dry. I won’t stop by again I would go and grab the pad Thai around the corner.

I probably have high expectations, but back in Malaysia/Singapore, Claypot Chicken Rice is made in a pot, and the rice and chicken will have a roasted kind of flavor.
However, this one is more like fried rice and definitely different from what we have. There were too many vegetables too.
Flavor was also missing and I found it to be a little bland.

Ordered the Beef Claypot rice bowl and I was pretty surprised by how good it was. The beef was good but honestly I love the rice. It’s very flavorful and some of the rice provided a nice crunchy texture. I’d go as far as to say I enjoyed this rice dish more than the Kimchi Fried Rice from Best Friend.

Excellent, made to order rice bowls. The beef was delicious and plentiful. Located in the awesome Famous Foods Street Eats food court at Resorts World.

Got the chicken claypot bowl and the food is not very edible. It was beyond oversalted and a large portion of the food was burned so bad I ended up throwing away almost the entire bowl. The establishment looks nice and had good presentation but the actual food was very disgusting and an insult to the cuisine.
