Food was incredibly delicious. If you like barbecue, you’re gonna love this place. They’re burnt ends and the brisket is like no other. Salads are huge, if you’re into that. Save room in your stomach for dessert. I loved their cheesecake. Try this place out because I promise you won’t regret it.

The inside of the restaurant was decorated very nicely. The food was average. For the price I was expecting better. On the pudding, the pudding itself was good. The whipped cream tasted like fake whipped cream (Cool Whip) and not dairy whipped cream. I will say I’m a big fan of real whipped cream. But this was too much of the whipped cream.

Love, Love, Love this place! Excellent brisket, burgers, Mac n cheese with brisket chilli over the top, food was all incredible!!! Service was excellent, with our food coming out so fast I couldn’t believe it! Definitely will recommend this place to everyone I meet!!

Food tasted amazing! We had a huge group so once our order was taken and submitted I assumed it would be a long time before we got the food. It was about only 20 minutes before everyone got their food! (22 people) it was hot, fresh smelled amazing and tasted so good! We already have plans to come back!

This place was so good! I’ve been struggling to find a great restaurant in and around Springfield. Gettin’ Basted did not disappoint. My husband and I shared some bone in wings which were cooked to perfection. Hubby had the burnt ends burger. The burger alone was perfect and the burnt ends took it over the top. I had the Asian salad (not sure the name of it) with pulled chicken. Chicken was moist and tender and just done so right! I loved it. We will go back and try more food here. 10 outta 10!

The service was great and efficient starting with the hostess. She was on it. Our waiter was superb. I think we had the piggy punch and it was really tasty. I had the wagyu, outstanding. It was so tender no knife was needed. The sweet potato fries are the best I’ve ever had. Burnt ends were delicious. The barbecue sauce was awesome. I don’t have enough positive adjectives to describe the meal and service. Oink oink!

Pleasantly surprised, we had very good service, and amazing food. I will say their tamales were the star for me, amazing twist on BBQ/Mexican. Highly recommend! Pork rinds were best I’ve had!
