Good food and great portions. The tenderloin was very good and really tender. The fries were good but a little cold. The music was a little too loud. The restaurant has a retro vibe to it and looks great. A great asset to the town of Oelwein. Will come back again. This was my first time here.

Dear owner, not all low reviews are spam. Since you immediately reply with that just to make yourself look better, I have changed it from a 2 down to a 1. It is not my fault that only 1 of the 4 times I have given your establishment a try was the food actually decent. Learn to change the oil and toss out your old, dry taco meat. Or at least throw some water in your pan and mix it to bring a little bit of life back into it. Maybe I’ll give it another shot, but only having a 25% success rate, probably not.

The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My only issue is the attitude of the owner towards certain people whether in the store or from leaving reviews. Just from reading her response to certain reviews, I’m not surprised that I’m not the only one that found it very off putting.

We travel through this area very frequently and often stop somewhere on the way for food. I was looking for something new and found this place. It looked good so we decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, when we made it there, the dining area was closed. However, we went through the drive through and ordered our food. We had to eat it in the car, but it was delicious!
I had a chicken sandwich and was happy with the generous portion. My wife and daughter had the cheeseburger and philly slider and loved them as well. The fries were amazing!
My daughter is a fan of boba tea and had one. She was very pleased with this.
We plan to make this a regular stop when we travel through this area.

For about the cost of Mickey Ds you have the opportunity to eat at a true family owned fast food place. Hearkens back to when franchises were starting. Food is cooked when you place your order so keep that in mind. Portions are large for this price point. Like the recycle ready containers. Recent remodel of dining area. Worth the drive.

I was served by the owner at the drive thru. She was extremely rude from the second she opened the window. I pointed out her attitude and her response was “I’m the owner.” Apparently she thinks because she’s the owner that gives her the right to treat her customers like trash. Left with out food because I wasn’t about to give a business that doesn’t value good customer service especially the owner a cent of my money.
