First time finding this spot last Sunday and drove here after leaving the gym only to find out, only to find out the hours are incorrect.
The staff opening arrived at 10, and they open at 10. While waiting I updated the hours via Google.
Decided to try entering at 10:15, when I saw another patron walk-in but was told he had a pickup order, and it would be another 15mins before orbing setup is complete.
Decided to wait since I was already at the location, and the patron walked out right after with his order.
The staff turned on the open sign at 10:31 and was ready for customers.
The smoothie was great and I’ve been back 3 times in the past week, but really hope they could get their staff and together.

My coworkers have been telling me about Get Fruity but I hadn’t had the chance to go yet. As I was out with my friend I was stuck on where to get a good wrap from and boom, he said Get Fruity. The Shannon Pkwy location was right around the corner from where I was so I pulled right on up.
The location sits in one of the plaza’s so there is ample parking. Walking in, the inside has a good amount of space if you did decide to eat in as there are a few high table tops. Placing my order was super easy as they offer the digital screens as you can place the order yourself.
I decided on the
“Jermakin Me Krazy Wrap”
Grilled chicken and green leaf lettuce with sliced red tomatoes, onions, jerk BBQ sauce, and sweet Vidalia onion dressing on a Spinach Wrap (+$.50)
I said I wanted a good wrap and by golly, I got it. The chicken was high quality and well seasoned. The lettuce was fresh and the right amount for the wrap. The balance of jerk BBQ sauce and Sweet Vidalia was spot on and really took the wrap to the next level.
The young lady who made my wrap, made it with the wrong wrap as she got my wrap mixed up with the other wrap I ordered. However, beyond that, the service was really good. The food was really good, and the experience was really good.
I also ordered a Beef Patty. Though it was good, it was a generic beef patty so nothing particularly special. The fact that it was $3.50, I wouldn’t order it again. However, if you need a quick patty fix, get you one.
I’ll be back soon. I need a smoothie and fruit bowl next time.

The service that was provided was deplorable. Eucker… Ethan… I’m not sure what he’s name is…he has a heavy accent and didn’t bother to really pronounce it…whoever who was here on 1/9/2026 at 6:25 (check the cameras) that’s who it was. He refused me service because he said he was the only one there. I’ve been here before. He was very rude and he wasn’t going to fix my food while he was putting the salad dressing up. This place could be a hit. The people that they have here and employ will be there downfall… SKIP THIS PLACE PUBLIX IS RIGHT DOWN THREE MILES AWAY. Same food less hassle ♀️

THEY NEED BETTER CASHIERS. i was the first to walk in and I waited 25 minutes for a wrap and a smoothie. I paid and was outside the door. AND SHE DIDNT MAKE IT BECAUSE I WASNT STANDING INSIDE… Quickly makes my wrap while im standing there with out the spinach wrap I wanted/paid for. I didn’t get the vinaigrette that comes with it and she tried to charge me for the sauce because im asking at this point. she makes my smoothie put it in the freezer and FORGET. Says she about to make it and doesn’t while im standing there. I see a smoothie that looks like mine in the freezer and come to find out its my smoothie. TERRIBLE SERVICE GREAT FOOD THO.

I did not want to leave them a bad review, but this is my second time ordering from them and it’s been an issue. My first order I did online, I added onions to my dish which was an up charge. When I got my items, there were no onions on it, I was told they didn’t have any, and that the bag of onions they have on the floor hasn’t been cut yet, so I couldn’t get them. They didn’t bother to refund my small upcharge, so I asked for some cucumbers instead. Today 10.26.25. I order online and arrive at the store and it’s completely closed, lights off and all, however on the door and online it says they’re open. I’ve called several times and left messages. I am aware that things come up, however they need to communicate that to patrons or shut down online ordering. I just want my $19.32 refund since I don’t have my food. I will no longer patronize them.

I went to the one in Union City to get a wrap about 1:45 pm on a Wednesday 01/08. When I went to open the door it was locked but the open sign was on. I was met by a gentleman who opened the door and asked was I picking up and I said no I would like to order. He said no it’s gonna be 30 minute wait. I asked could I order online he said no I’m here by myself. I’ve been here before & had great customer service it was my intent to patronize them again. Unfortunately I won’t be back I understand being short staffed but just telling a customer no you can’t order but your open don’t sit well with me.

Don’t get an açaí bowl here. Stick to the smoothies. I’ve never had a bowl
Where my fruit is floating around the top. The banana was non existent. It’s not worth it when there are other places that offer better bowls. If you want bang for your buck don’t get the bowl here. I didn’t even eat it. The young lady with the glasses doesn’t have good customer service. She’s just .not a friendly person. The owner does his best just needs better help. Maybe she’s a relative.

While waiting for my food one of the young ladies tried to kill a bug that was on the counter that was surrounded by the food. Instead of changing her glove she kept it on. Although the bug was able to crawl through a hole that is by the food she still should’ve handle that better. Then the other young lady wasted dressing all over the counter instead of wiping it up they scraped it up with their hand and poured it in the salad dressing container. Can’t imagine what goes on when no one is around
