Went in for the first time today and had the best experience! The service was so good. We got to try samples of all the chicken salads and had a great time talking with Manny. The other Manny was also great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for their chicken salad fix!!! 10/10

4•18•25 as usual been a while since we hadn’t been here and as always Mr. Manny is always consistent with his salads delish you must give it a try if you never been i know you wont regret it. I’m glad he had regular bread since I’m not a fan of croissants but reg. Bread i like made me a good origional chicken sammich thank you Mr. Manny. Keep up the good work. Ok, Harlingen has a good hidden gem in the wall. This place “Gets a Salad”, which is the place to come and try. To start, the staff/owner are awesome folks. If this is your first time, he gives you a taste sample of each salad he has made so you can taste and decide which you’ld like. His every day freshly made salads chicken, tuna, broccoli, yes broccoli salad. I loved that very different and delish. You may say oh it’s the same as other common known places, but no, it isn’t.” The taste is fresh, y’all. Every morning is a new batch for the day. The owner, Manny, is a very nice gentleman in this business he is very hospitable and very friendly. His employee, too, named Manny, is a very kind, bubbly personality, and very good environment makes you feel welcome. I will continue to come here even if I drive 30 minutes to get here it’s worth it. Help Local Buisness I encourage you to give him a try. You won’t be disappointed,trust me. Our first and last time here. The service here was GREAT, but the food was mediocre at best. About 8 different kinds of ‘scoop-able’ salads, chicken, tuna, etc. The croissants were good but the salads were bland and all sort of tasted the same. The green salad was pretty good and you get to pick your green salad toppings. What can I say other than don’t waste your time … blech!!

Can in after shopping at Sam’s Club and I’m glad we finally stopped by. Food was fresh, clean, and the guy working (owner I think?) was friendly and knowledgeable about his food. It was our first time so he let us taste test to find our favorites and helped accommodate us since I had my toddler with me.
Definitely will be back and I definitely recommend you give them a try.

Small hole in the wall. It’s nice & serene with the green. They have the option for a sandwich, croissant, or salad. The have different flavored chicken salads to choose from making to switch it up, and the portion is generous. I wish I had this place closer to me, but I’ll Definitely come back when I’m around!

Today was first time at this place both the person at the register and an older man (I’m assuming the owner) was very pleasant and helpful! I mentioned it was my first time there and they let me sample all the salads (chicken and tuna) they had and literally everything tasted great and fresh!!!! I got the #3 which is a sandwich of your choice, soup & a drink. I will be going back!!!

Really great service. This was my first time here and the gentleman waiting on me explained everything really well and let me sample the different kinds of chicken salad/tuna salad/veggie salad options. He even explained what was in each one. I got the chicken apple because it was so flavorful. The tuna salad was also really good. I had a hard time picking between macaroni salad and broccoli salad for my side since both tasted amazing. I’ll be back!

It was super clean inside and fresh!! The man helping out was very sweet and friendly!! The yogurt is so bomb you won’t believe its healthy it tops other frozen yogurt spots in harlingen to me! Let’s not forget their chicken salad the veggies one is amazing!!! My new spot to go for a healthy fresh meal!!!
