Great food. The wait was a little long but to be expected because the food is fresh and home made to order. I had the pork chops and I’d recommend.

We have been very good customers of this restaurant and have been going there for many years even though we have a long drive. However, we have gone there THREE times recently just to find out that they are closed during their posted business hours. This is after we had called ahead of time to verify the closing time. We wanted to give it another shot. So, again tonight, we called and verified the closing time at 5:00 p.m. and once again drove up to an empty parking lot at 7:15. I don’t know what the problem is, but they can’t stay in business like this. I read another review that mentioned the same experience. The last time that we ate there, the waitress was not professional at all and proceeded to tell us what they didn’t have to serve. There was too much flirtatious banter between the owner and the waitress, which is not professional either. It’s like they are running people away.

For breakfast, I’d prefer this to Country Cabin or Metro Diner. It’s a quaint little eatery in a less chaotic area of Middleburg. The extra few minutes’ driving are worthwhile. The employees are nice. It didn’t take long for the French toast to reach me, and it was delicious. It didn’t cost a lot of money either!

Had the shrimp appetizer for a meal and it was fantastic. Wife got the club sandwich and it looked delicious. Son got the kids burger which was a full wize burger and very tasty. Will definitely be back. A little pricey, but that’s completely understandable for great food nowadays.

First time customer: after living in the area for approximately 4 years . My new bride and expectant mother ventured in to enjoy some breakfast.

The service: Our initial server was rude , moving all of the paper towels and condiments on the table to my side and wiping crumbs which were on the table upon arrival into my lap. After placing my order the server then criticized the way I ordered with a gesture to my wife using profane words . Just towards myself not my wife at all, whom had grown up in the area

After waiting for our food 30 min the owner checked on us twice and ultimately had to check on our order, which wasn’t even started .

The ambience: the place is kitschy and has charm . Being cozy and interesting .

The Food : Delicious as for breakfast. And portions are plentiful.

Eat here if you enjoy people watching ,and/or enjoy folks showing up after yourself , getting their food and to watch them enjoy it while u wait and wait

Granted both the owner and the other servers apologized for the wait

Our actual server spent all of her time somewhere else never checking on us and walking passed our table in avoidance

I’ll take this over Country Cabin or Metro Diner when it comes to breakfast. It’s a cozy little restaurant in a lesser devolved part of Middleburg. It’s worth the extra few minutes drive. The staff is friendly. The French toast was tasty and didn’t take forever to get to me. It also didn’t cost a fortune either!

Just visited Geralds Country Cafe for the first time this morning after seeing a friend share a post of theirs on Facebook. Everything was delicious! I had the two egg breakfast and my husband had an omelette, and we shared a side of biscuits and gravy. Despite them being busy, we got our food quick and it was hot and delicious ! Not to mention their prices are amazing. We will definitely be back .. can’t wait to try the lunch or dinner menu!

Love this restaurant. My only suggestions are they make more maybe because they run out of popular stuff like meatloaf. And they don’t have desserts all the time. Those are my only 2 wishes lol. Love they have real butter and half and half for the coffee like Cracker Barrel. So many restaurants don’t.
