From the time I called in, the owner answered the phone and did not mind answering all of my plenty questions. She was extremely patient with me and answered every single question because I love pizza and I had pizza from another place in town that I would rather buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store. So she gets a 12 out of 10 as far as service goes. The pricing is perfect! As soon as the pizza showed up to my house it smelled delicious it looked delicious and then I finally sat down to eat it and it actually was delicious! Now that’s saying a whole lot because I am a foodie and a pizza connoisseur of sorts. I would definitely recommend eating here 100% I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from but they must have been having a bad day that day. The owner that cooked my pizza ensure that her or her daughter or her husband would be the ones constantly cooking the food and it is consistent. So they definitely have a lifelong customer as long as I am here and they are there. Enjoy your pizza I have not tried anything else yet but that was only my first experience. 10 out of 10 for me for service, pizza could’ve been a little more crispyfor my liking but next time I will order well done to accommodate, so 8.5 out of 10. Taste was great too.

After the first couple times of ordering I have had no luck being able to reach anyone working during normal working hours or afterwards. Even though the hours are posted no one seems to be there or comes in sporadically but not based on a schedule. And so it’s very hit or miss if you’re actually going to be able to get the pizza you desire. Sad thing is the only place reliable in Dwight for pizza is Casey’s gas station. I hate leaving this review but unless people speak up changes won’t happen.

November 18, I ordered a beef roll at 4:45 for delivery. I was told it would be here by 5:15. 5:30 gets here and it had not been delivered, so I call them. The guy who answered said they are busy and it will be another 30-45 minutes. When I said it should already have been here 15 minutes ago, he said he would prioritize it and it would be here in 20 minutes (5:50). After it was all said and done, it never arrived until 6:30. So that means from the time I placed the order until the time it arrived, it took a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes. And to top it off, it was not even warm and the dough wasn’t even done. The worst beef roll I have ever seen. Needless to say, since this is a repeat situation and the owner promises to work on it and they still can’t get it right, I will not be ordering from this place again.

Good food and you can’t beat the extra large geo nuggets with cheese for $10.
Only problem is it’s hardly ever open it seems. 4-8pm 3 or 4 days a week isn’t open enough to make that compulsive decision, when so many attempts to order were in vain.
I always get the extra large Italian Beef and guests never complain!

Saturday October 8, 2022. Apparently 2019 wasn’t my worst experience here. Tonight was. Ordered two pizzas, geos nuggets, beef roll and cinnamon nuggets. Not even edible. Very disappointing. Leftovers which there are a lot, are going in the trash. Complete waste.
Friday November 9, 2019. Worst experience in over 15 years. Pizza was burnt and cold at pick up. Nuggets were undercooked and were more raw than done.

If I could give it 0 stars I would . Ordered for pickup , they told us give them 25 minutes . We gave them 30 minutes. When I got there the person was talking to a friend and didn’t even start my food! No apologies , and asked to give them another 25 to 30 minutes . This place needs to just lock the doors and stay that way . It is obvious the owner doesn’t care so why should the customers!

Terrible. I ordered a pizza online before I left work. It was supposed to be ready for pick up 35 to 40 minutes later. Arrived 45 minutes later. A young man went to the frezzer got a pizza out and said it would be ready in 8 minutes. LOL! FROZEN PIZZA! The place is a dive.Dont waste your time or money!

They do not even deserve 1 star. We ordered our food at 5:30 did not get It until 7:30. When it finally arrived it was not the correct order and it was ice cold. I called to complain and the person who answered the phone did not care at all that we did not receive the correct order. He then argued with me and basically called me a liar. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place has seriously gone down hill over the last year and a half. What a shame. Pizza dough is flat, like they don’t let it rise enough. The nuggets are so different from what they used to be, now they are gross. How can you mess up cheese nuggets??? And the kids that work there are just clueless. Clearly poor management and lack of pride in this store. Hopefully someone buys it and revives this place because I miss the OLD Geos! Also I heard that the owners like to change their kids diaper on the prep table in the back. If you want to eat here that’s where your food is being prepared. Mmmm delicious! Enjoy.

Horrible service tried placing order this afternoon and didn’t answer phone or accept my order online. Hours say there open. Not to mention my friends and I order from here often and last time the nuggets where cold and straight dough with no seasoning. We called and complained and had go through couple ppl before manager finally made right of it. I’ll stick with Geo’s in Coal City from now on or Dwight pizza.
