We have been here twice now and both times, the food was amazing. People leaving 2 to 3 stars on here apparently do not know good food. We have been fortunate enough to have visited Italy and was able to try different dishes there and this place reminds us of the delicious foods we experienced. The calamari was delicious, not chewy like you get in other restaurants. The ricotta cheese is made fresh daily and if you ever had store bought, you’ll know eating fresh doesn’t compare. It was so good. I got the manicotti which I was nervous about because of the ricotta but they didn’t disappoint. Keep up making the amazing food. One thing i would add, would be having Chianti for wine.

I went to Geo’s with some friends and was disappointed by the experience. I ordered the chicken piccata, and the dish was not what I expected. The chicken was decent, but I think the mushrooms were canned, as the dish was very watery. Also, instead of the typical angel hair pasta, they gave me a kid’s size side dish of penne noodles with marinara sauce that I had to mix with the chicken. (See photo for visual reference and portion size.)
Besides the noodles not being prepared in the usual fashion, the penne with marinara sauce did not taste homemade and looked like something I could have cooked myself. On top of that, some of the service could have been better, as one of the bussers took my napkin while I was still eating my tiramisu. I will say the tiramisu was pretty good, even though it was not homemade. Along with the bread, that was the best part of the meal for me. Since Geo’s is a newer establishment, I’m going to assume they’re still finding their footing. To their credit, our servers were attentive, but the food unfortunately did not meet my standards.

Everything was delicious. We were visiting Morrilton from Conway and had a taste for Italian. I’m do grateful we found Gio’s because the whole family loved it. We loved it so much we drive back to Morrilton the next day to eat it again.

The pasta dishes were delicious! The pesto cream sauce is divine The side salads were pretty bland, but the bread is good and the staff were very nice. We will be back!

Great food, delicious food & friendly service. I was there with my family as well traveled and everyone was extremely happy. Hope to travel be back this way, so I come eat here again! The restaurant is not huge, so I’d advise you to go early or simply grab dinner to go if necessary.

Stopped by for lunch while traveling. New restaurant. The waitress, Grace, was courteous and kept my glass full. 🙂
I ordered lasagna and it was on point! Ingredients tasted nice and surprisingly authentic. Mozzarella was creamy, sauce was good and meat had awesome flavor.
I’ll put this place on my “must stop” when coming through again.
