A great dining experience at Georgios in New Hartford Friday evening. The Smoked Branzino Bruschetta was out of this world! The Salmon dish was flavorful and well presented and the Seafood Antipasto was spot on with Clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and eggplant. Artichoke hearts so that and, the olives around this dish off beautifully!

Service was top notch and unpretentious and the prices are more than fair.
Bonus for me, they served “Athletic” NA beer! We’ve always had a great meal at Georgios and look forward to returning soon!

So me and my wife decided to try this place for dinner so glad we did the service was super fast and friendly and the food was delicious well worth the drive.

Got there at 5 on a Saturday when they opened.
It was very small. Tight. And very loud.
The bread was okay.
The calamari was a 10/10 the best I have ever had. I prefer other dipping sauce though.
The salad lacked. The Italian dressing was good.
The chicken riggies: the chicken tasted super gamey, and the sauce was red and overly spicy. So much that it was hard to enjoy it.
The service was okay. It took a while for our waitress to come back once we finished eating.

This place is absolute fire! Im a super foodie and the Riggies are the best I’ve ever had. Nikki at the bar is amazing as well she makes the best cocktails and is super friendly and makes the experience all the better! If you’re in Utica this is the place to go! See you there

My family has been going here for years to get the best greens in the area hands down… the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and their food is unmatched. Today even to just pickup a to go order I got great food and was treated like family from the moment I came through the door to the moment I left with my order… can’t say enough good… will definitely continue to go here and recommend people here for many years to come.

I arrived when they opened and had an excellent Brunch! I had the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the Georgio Greens I was surprised with the flavor. I need to go back because they also have chicken, duck, veal, beef, and seafood dishes that sound amazing.

My partner had been here only once before and I had never been. Upon entering the restaurant, it opens up to a chic setting with eager folks who ostensibly have great taste. Calamari for an appetizer (fresh and tasty), and Chicken Cappie and Chick Parm for entrees, both INCREDIBLE. Our server was one of THE MOST personable and professional servers we had come across in this town; she totally completed our experience. Thank you, Italian goddess, for being beyond amazing and putting smiles on our faces. You ROCK.

My husband and I visited Georgia’s this evening. I am GF and it is so difficult to find a restaurant who cares about my allergy. The waitress who waited on us was amazing!! She went out of her way to leave a very busy bar area to go ask Chef Chris if the special I wanted could be made GF.He assured her it could be and I have to say this entree did not disappoint!!! It was a special and I am not sure of the exact name but it consisted of Wagyu sirloin beef, with this incredible sauce, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts!! Who serves Brussel sprouts anymore??? It’s always broccoli or asparagus!! Thank you so much Chef Chris for caring so much and making such an incredible entree for me!! I might also add, I am the last thing this chef needed this evening because the restaurant was packed!!!

I ordered the veal parmesan at Giorgio’s and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was extra large, generously covered with sauce and cheese, and cooked to perfection. The sauce had a great flavor—just the way I like it. Service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. A great experience all around. Highly recommend!

Usually hit up georgios once a year and get the riggies. Switched it up this time got the chicken scampi and greens for an app. Food was awesome. Long island ice tea was 9.50 but bartender made it extra stong. Went on sat at about 630. Took about half hour to get seated but worth the wait. Shrimp were huge, greens were excellent. Had enough for leftovers next day too. Service was great out waitress alyse was outstanding. Thanks again we’ll be back!!
