My wife and I are in town for some CCF appointments. We ordered 2 small BYO pizzas. They arrived at the hotel in a reasonable amount of time considering it’s Super Bowl Sunday. Both pizzas were fresh, hot & delicious. We ordered thin crust pizzas. They were great and had a little crunch to them. We are very happy with our pizzas. Thank you Georgio’s!

I made an awards account to get the promo of $10 off, and tonight 10/20/2025 at 7:40 I placed an online order for delivery. The online ordering system routed me to this location as the only location that delivers to me. I tried to order from the one on Cedar Road, but the online system kept rerouting me to the Harvard location. It’s 8 minutes away while the Cedar Road location is 11 minutes away, so it made sense.
I got a confirmation email at 7:41. Cool, the order is supposed to be delivered in 25 – 40 minutes. They have my phone number, they can call me if there’s an issue, so I close my computer and go back to my movie. At 8:15 I decide to check and see if they have order tracking on the website, they don’t. Check to see if there’s a text that it’s on the way. Nope. So, then I check my email to see if I got an email that my order is on the way yet and I see that no, I didn’t BUT there is an email that was sent at 7:42. The subject says: “Your Order Was Rejected”
The manager went into the system and manually rejected my order and instead of calling us and asking if we wanted to pick it up, or making ANY attempt to contact us just cancelled it with no notice to us. And what makes it even nicer is the email notifies me that: “if you paid online, It can take up to 5 business days for the refund transaction to appear on your credit card.” We’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting on an order for food you CHOSE to cancel, went into the system to MANUALLY cancel, and you didn’t even notify us or give us an option to pick up or ANYTHING and I also might have to wait until next WEEK for a refund?
We call the store. The manager had an attitude from the time she picked up the phone. I could hear her from my son’s phone. She was incredibly rude and hostile, would NOT let him speak, thought it was FUNNY that we waited for the order and didn’t know she cancelled and informed us it’s HER discretion if they accept deliveries or not and SHE decided we are out of their delivery range. Then she hung up on my son. He was NOT rude, he gave her the address and phone number for the order and the only other words he got out were “the system wouldn’t let us order delivery from any other location-” boom hung up.
He called back because we just wanted to find out if we would get the promo code back because we were going to order from the Cedar Road one and pick it up. This time he simply said, “I’m just trying to ask a question; you won’t even listen to me.” and she got even louder than before telling him “I’m not PAID to listen to you!” and hung up again and blocked his number.
I am actually really shocked at her behavior. I have been a manager at multiple restaurants, 2 of which were pizza places. 1st of all, we were not allowed to refuse delivery orders if our online system allowed the customer to place it. We were all trained that if the online system accepted the address, it was in our delivery range. 2cnd of all, it would have been an immediate write up if we MANUALLY overrode the system as soon as the order came through and it would have been a second write up if we did not even NOTIFY the customer or give them any kind of chance to pick up their order if they somehow WERE out of our delivery area and the order somehow still came through. (which never happened even once in the 3 years I worked at pizza places) 3rd of all, the way she yelled at my son and her disgusting attitude from the second she answered the phone plus talking over him, hanging up twice, and then blocking the number, would have been enough to get someone fired at literally every restaurant I ever worked at.

I have ordered from here several times and never had an issue. In fact the address and my info is saved online. I ordered today and the driver delivered to the address that was saved. I want to point out we are the only location on that block. There is nothing across the street, and there is nothing else on our side of the street. The manager said that his driver dropped the food at the given address. Which is the wrong address. The driver would have had to have left the food on the side walk if this was true. No resolution was offered. I was told if I wanted my food I would need to pay for it again. Worst customer service ever.

I am new to the area, and could not find decent pizza. I tried Giorgio’s today, and it was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered carry out, the lobby and the food area were immaculate. The man at the register was welcoming and friendly. I finally found my “Go To” for pizza. I will be back! A+ Customer Service!

Best pizza I’ve had in Cleveland, Ohio. It’s delicious, very customizable, great crust and the pepperoni and sausage and all veggies are fresh. If you want a good pizza Georgio’s is the place! I can’t take a pic fast enough before it’s gone!

I love this place. And I am usually never disappointed. I placed my order while in line at Wal-Mart so I was a little late picking it up. But when I got there the pizzas weren’t hot at all. And when I got home I noticed they sold me three burnt pizzas. They were horrible. And tasted like cardboard

I ordered a pizza April the 11th or 12th on my porch camera they delivered to the wrong address the same night my son went up to the pizza place and the manager had a very nasty attitude so the next after noon I went there myself this manager was very nice and the delivery man states I know where your house is because you have ordered from us numerous times so the manager says I will credit your acct you cannot order online with this credit you have to call so today April 26 I called to order and the same nasty mgr says you have no credit he said we had to put it back into your acct which was a lie I checked just to make sure but I guess I will take that 31.00 as a lost but I will put the word out about just this store in Cleveland Ohio on 71st and Harvard. I email their home office the same night and I have not heard back from them. They build these stores in black neighborhoods and treat us poorly I will not stand for this. I am a senior citizen and I will get action against this store lawfully
