Came in with my two nephews and husband, the lady that was taking her order was very rude and act like she didn’t want to help or take our order being very racist. Ask for arefood to be well done. Absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. My son amd I ordered our weekly pizza for our pizza and movie night that we do every week. Extra polite, ordered our food as was told they were busy so give it about 39 minutes. So we waited and went up right on time. I get there and there’s 2 customers outside and 1 inside.
I walk in with my son and listen to what the cashier is saying to them. Apparently the cashier GAVE AWAY the customers food because it took him too long. But the man on the phone told them 30 minutes just the same as me. Customer was mad, I was nervous. The cashier tells him he can remake it but it’s going to take 15 more minutes to which they just walked out. Now I walk up…
Same thing. The idiot gave 3 orders worth of food to cops because we apparently took too long despite being told it was a 30 minute wait. This is 100% unacceptable. If that was my employee he wouldn’t be by tomorrow. How do you just give 3 orders of food away for free? You’re trying to tell me that 3 people have ordered before and all 3 didn’t show up? This service is a joke. The last owner should have kept it because he NEVER pulled this bs. Best believe we won’t be ordering from this place again.

I worked pizza for almost a decade and a mess up lile this would have 100% cost me my job. Dude was just an idiot and I can’t believe you employ people that literally give away the product. Best calzones in the land, get what u pay for too. Large build ur own calzone for 13 bucks. The calzone fills up the entire box and they dont skip out on the cheese, meats or whatever you would like in the calzone. Seriously I’ve tried so many places calzones and this place has the best out of any restaurant, or pizza shop.

We went to a regular pizza shop for years and the price kept going up as the quality kept going down.
My older brother bought us some pizza one day and it was delicious! I asked where he got it and he said Georgio’s on W130th in Cleveland. We been going there ever since! We get the same quality pizza for a lot less. It’s done right every time. Never over done or burnt.
If you aren’t happy with it they’ll make it right.
