1st time customer. Very impressed with the menu. We were a party of 10. Service was top notch. A Greek section on the menu…a welcome surprise! The fare included very nice burgers, pizza, pasta and sandwiches. We really enjoyed the family atmosphere and will return.

Don’t be fooled by the dated-look of the building, because you will miss a fabulous meal if you pass on by this place. Firstly, Kelly, our server was kind, efficient, and treated you like family. The fusion of Greek and Italian foods makes this place a diamond in the rough. The sauce for the pastas, pizzas, and such was thick and delicious. So much flavor! And I had probably one of the best suvlakis I have ever eaten. By the time we left, the place was filling up with patrons who knew where to go for a great food and friendly servers.

I’ve passed this restaurant time after time when I used to drive 26 foot box trucks occasionally for work and I was afraid (1) If I did eat here, they might have towed the box truck and (2) I didn’t really see any room to park one.
Fast forward to about a few hours ago: My husband & I **FINALLY** had the chance to eat here! (12/21/24)
We came @ the right time…it wasn’t crowded. We were seated promptly. The server took our beverage orders and allowed us to browse the menu.
I settled on the Lasagna ($13.95) and it was Ooey & Gooey! Loaded with cheese, the way I love it!
My husband had the Sausage Pasta, I forgot what he had…(Price Unknown). He said it was good. The only thing he didn’t like was we were never given the option to add a salad.
I gave our server a great tip due to her proactively bringing us refills and asked if we’d like our beverages To-Go.

I have lived in Walterboro (i.e., 25 minutes from St. George) since 2019, and I have avoided this restaurant because of the poor reviews.
My son and I decided to try Georgio’s. We chose the buffet.
To my surprise:
1. the food is delicious and cooked properly,
2. the service is both friendly and fantastic,
3. the atmosphere is pleasant, and
4. the cost is consistent relative to other restaurants within 25 miles of Walterboro.
My son and I will return to Georgio’s.
I am ashamed of the reviewers who have given a poor review.

Just pulled off the interstate on our 12 Hour Dr. from Florida to North Carolina looking for a local place to eat because we’re sick of fast food. What a diamond in the rough—amazing Italian flavors with tons of options! Highly recommend ❤️

The place is very clean and local with a wide variety on their menu. At lunchtime is when we came they didn’t have a buffet, but I think you need to get here early. We arrived at 12:30 because it was very much eaten up but they were replacing it. We ordered our own individual pizza and got the side salads. We marked this as one of our favorites to stop at on our travels down 95.

Grabbed a medium veggie and ham pizza that was prepped and cooked to perfection. The chicken gyro dinner plate was excellent.

We went in at 2:50, buffet was still out but closed at 3:00 so I asked if they would give a discount on the price. The hostess said no. So unfortunately I didn’t get to try their famous pizza. 🙁 The jalapeño poppers were average. But our server was great. She was very helpful in navigating the menu and went out of her way to help us. I’m sure this is a St. George family and town treasure, and that’s great! But sadly, I’m disappointed.
