Came to Haven City with friends for dinner and they have a lot of options here in the food court. I opted to go for Mediterranean and ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate (16.99) here with the Hummus and Tahini Salad as the sides. The plate also comes with a pita bread.
The food was ready in about 10 minutes. They had a kiosk to order but someone was using it so I ordered at the counter. The employee at the counter was nice at taking my order. She also gave a water cup.
The portion is pretty good for the price. The pita bread was not bad but I have tasted better. The chicken shawarma was good though and was delicious with the garlic sauce. The Tahini salad was not that good though and I couldn’t finish it. The portion was big enough that I could eat it for lunch the next day. Overall, it tasted authentic and is a good option here in the food court.

You order and pay at the counter. They don’t really have a notification system to pick up your food when it’s ready so you can either stick around and wait by the counter to have the number called or come back after their approximate wait time for the food to be completed.
I ordered:
lamb skewers with humus and cucumber salad ($16.99)
Beef skewers with spicy humus and potato salad ($16.99)
Fountain drink ($2.50 ish)
Total came out to be a little under $40 without tip.
The food was already completed and ready for pickup around a 15 minute mark from when I ordered. The rice to meat ratio is heavy on the rice. The meat was nicely cooked and not dry. However it wasn’t really juicy either. It had good flavor. The garlic dip was my favorite for the meat.

ordered the lamb kebab plate for $18. Came with 5 pieces of meat which were chewier than old tennis shoes in addition to having zero seasoning. Definitely not worth it, stay away

We ordered the chicken bowl and My mom enjoyed it. The chicken was grilled perfectly and seasoned well. It was served on a bed of fluffy rice. We also tried a side of Baba Ghanouj and for dessert the pistachio, and walnut baklava. Service was friendly. Their stall is near the cafeteria style seating area. I hope to return soon to try their kafta kabab.

The food tasted bland and poorly pared, and the overall environment felt tense and uncomfortable, which made everything worse.
it’s obvious that the staff are unhappy it shows in both their faces. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
It’s honestly sad to see a restaurant claiming to serve Arabic food but completely failing to represent the richness and quality of our cuisine. This place does a disservice to Arabic food and its reputation. There are far better places to spend your money.
