Outstanding food and enjoyable experience.

Please understand that I’m from the US Georgia and this was my first time eating food from the country of Georgia. I can’t speak to the authenticity of the dishes but I know good food when I get it and this was simply excellent.

Our server recommended several dishes and explained what a lot of the food was so we felt reasonably comfortable ordering. Everything came out piping hot and tasted freshly prepared. I will definitely be back and highly recommend going here.

I think they are still working out some kinks and the dining area is relatively small. I would highly recommend reserving a table, especially on the weekend. I’m positive they’ll figure it out, especially for us non-natives and food definitely makes it worth it.

Amazing food, environment, and everything. The pear is something special… can’t even explain the complex flavors. Recommend a weeknight for a quiet space and custom attention. We will be back.

Delicious delicious delicious. Everything here is excellent!! The food and service were all you could want. I’ve only had Georgian cuisine in DC and NYC and look for it every few months in my hometown (here) and am SO happy we finally have a spot – and it’s SO good!! It lives up to the other times I’ve had this food, if not done better. I will absolutely be back! Definitely give this place a try – it’ll be worth it.

On the positive side, the grilled meats were very tasty, the Napoleon cake was good, and the wine was surprisingly good and affordable. The pickled vegetables had nice variety, although they were too salty for our taste. Unfortunately, the bread seemed incorrectly thawed, as some parts were wet.

The biggest issue was the service. I understand the restaurant was very busy, but we waited about 40 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, which already felt excessive. We ordered a bottle of wine, an appetizer, and a main dish. After another 20 minutes, the waitress came back to say the wine we ordered was unavailable, so we chose a different one.

The appetizer was never brought. After waiting another 30 minutes, we asked about it and were told they were out of it. When I asked why we hadn’t been informed earlier especially since we had already been sitting for over 1.5 hours without food, the waitress became visibly upset and went on a rant, which felt very uncomfortable. A simple apology would have been more appropriate.

We then switched the appetizer to pickled vegetables and asked that they be brought together with the grilled meat. However, the meat arrived first, and the pickled vegetables came after we had already finished eating. Additionally, our water was never refilled during the 2.5 hours we were there.

Overall, the food has a lot of potential, especially the grilled dishes, but the service needs significant improvement. I hope this was just an unlucky visit, because with better organization and communication, this place could be excellent.

So happy to have an authentic Georgian restaurant!

We had the Gebjalia for starters. OMG, the cheese was so silky and flavorful, the sauce is so creamy and rich, once we ate all the cheese we used the sauce to dip our main courses in along with the bread.

For our mains we had the Kubdari, a pizza looking dish filled with delicious flavored ground meat, the meat had amazing flavors and the crust was flaky and aromatic.

Next we had the beef and pork dumpling, Khinkali Kalakuri, OMG, this is homemade, along with everything else, but the dumpling was as well, you could tell. So tender and full of flavor, I usually don’t eat all of a dumpling but these I took down. The meat was delicious as well, full of great spices, I could not stop eating.

For desert we had the Poached Pear, wow! I’ve never had anything like it, amazing flavor, the white wine syrup did the trick. The only thing I would ding here is I wanted another one, only one comes with the order, two would be perfect, in my opinion.

Would I come here again? Absolutely!! Love this place!

We are so impressed! First time today visiting with our Georgian Russian friend – she states the food is the most authentic she has ever had in the US! Friendly owners and staff talked with us while we enjoyed the exquisite flavors in the khachapuri cheese bread and khinkali. Having traveled internationally, this was simply one the best meals I’ve ever had, enjoying this fine Georgian cuisine for the first time. C’mon Atlanta! This is the place!

Some of the most authentic Georgian food I’ve had outside of Georgia! This is one of the few Georgian restaurants in the entire southeast US, and the only in the Atlanta area (as far as I know). Definitely worth a try if you’re unfamiliar with Georgian cuisine.

We tried the Khinkali Kalakuri, Adjaruli Khachapuri, Chicken Mtsvadi, Kababi, Beef Chashashuli, and Shkmeruli. All of them were terrific, but we especially enjoyed the Khinkali, Khachapuri, and Mtsvadi. I have soft spots for Pkhali and Kubdari but we just ran out of belly room. If you like wine, I’d recommend trying a Rkatsiteli amber.

The prices are about 10-20% higher than you’d find at a comparable Georgian restaurant in a Western European capital right now, but we found them to be reasonable given the slightly larger portions and current tariff environment.

Overall a great experience. When you’re inside it’s easy to forget you’re deep in the suburbs of Atlanta and not in the heart of Tbilisi!
