I stopped in here on a Thursday evening and it wasn’t busy at all. This is an unconventional restaurant where you order at the host stand and then when your food is ready they page you with a buzzer. I came here to try the pizza so that I what I got. Overall it was very good pizza.
They have a large outdoor seating area which some excellent views. I would expect this place to be quite busy in the summer.
I will note the prices were quite high in my opinion but the food was good. I would definitely return here.

Great outdoor experience. The food is simple and tasty, and there is a large drink list. Slow down, take a seat on the huge deck area, have a glass of wine with some pizza and enjoy the view. The pizza is always good here and it has always been a great experience.

What a breathtaking view! This is a super relaxing spot for outdoor dining and bird watching. Indoor tables are available. Pizza was freshly made. Wines are made from the grape arbors on the hillside. Wonderful view of the city below. Take binoculars!

Had a lovely lunch with some girlfriends on Sunday. Our server was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. The food and beverages were delicious. Definitely try the dill pickle pizza! Yum!

This is the most beautiful space with the most beautiful views in the area. Very casual in terms of the food experience. A perfect place just to sit and chat and enjoy the views! Staff is very friendly.

Georgetown Tavern on the Hill in Cambridge, OH is definitely worth a visit. I enjoyed their wood-fired Florentine pizza, which was really tasty, and their 2018 Riesling, which was light and fruity—perfect for a sunny day. They also have a great selection of craft beers, which was a hit with the guys in our group.
The view from the deck is spectacular and makes a perfect backdrop while you dine. Everyone felt welcome here, thanks to the good service and friendly atmosphere. I also took some drone shots of the vineyard and the surrounding area, which turned out great. You can check them out attached to this review. Whether you’re here for the wine, the beer, or just the pizza, you’re in for a good time. Highly recommend a stop if you’re in the area!

The place to stop just for the view from the deck.. Very large portions. The Tavern nachos were excellent. The wings are small but very tasty. The chips were good, not overcooked. I recommend them instead of fries. The wine is excellent.

I would give the outdoor atmosphere a 10 if I could. Beautiful views. Rachel, one of the staff, was very friendly and very helpful. This was our first time there. We were a little worried on our drive there as the scenery was industrial, but once we made the turn onto Georgetown road, it was all good. We got the Margherita pizza. Delicious. Seasoned very well.

Had a burger and chicken fingers – served in paper baskets. Baklava cheesecake served in a plastic to-go container from the fridge/cabinet. We ate in. Had some samples of wine (free with purchase) and had a glass of wine with dinner. The patio and view are beautiful (it was chilly while we were there). We stayed off-grid overnight as Harvest Host guests, which is a wonderful option. Sites were not very level for a class B, but okay and it was very peaceful and quiet.
