This really is a hidden Gem, They’re celebrating 55 years in business, which is incredible. It’s a small German market with a deli that makes sandwiches that are to die for. They offer A German beer on tap that goes great with their sandwiches to enjoy on a lovely little patio. The staff is friendly and easy going.

I am new to the area and this find was amazing. I am a deli girl, and this fabulous German deli had everything you need, from fresh cuts of all kinds of meats and cheeses, to salads of all kinds. The liverwurst is fabulous. The small grocery store that it is in features soft crusty bread and all kinds of things to cook with German style. Attached to that is a Beir Garten…AMAZING place to visit.

While there, I opted for a Ham Sandwich and my mother, who I was escorting, chose Pastrami. Both sandwichs, while simple, were delicious! Rather than traditional rye, the soft white bread they put the meats on was truly wonderful! I have visited Germany and Holland several times and forgot how good simple but great flavors go together by just adding a bit of mayo and mustard with a pickle!

Family owned business with incredible service and German aesthetic. The market has many hard-to-find imports with an wide selection of sweets and beer. Their biergarten restaurant/ deli is also great. Last time I visited, their power was out and they STILL provided amazing service.

Awesome German Market. I recently moved into the area and heard about George’s, so I went to try some of the food. It was so delicious that I had to go back again today to try some more of the menu. Bonus on my 2nd visit today, was meeting George, the founder & owner. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and the atmosphere is very comfortable & festive.
Love the market, bought a good variety, & they gained a new regular customer. Thank you George & Staff. I will be back soon
