Definitely order the tater tots!!!
If you are looking for a massive brunch menu with options for every craving, George’s Restaurant is a must-visit. We stopped in on a Sunday morning around 10:30 am—they don’t take reservations, but the dining area is so spacious that we were seated immediately. With plenty of booths, large tables, and a full-sized bar, this spot can easily handle anything from a solo diner to a double-digit party!
The Food Breakdown:
* Biscuits and Gravy: Classic, hearty, and absolutely delicious.
* Chicken and Waffles with Bacon: A massive portion! Even our hungriest diner couldn’t finish this one. The side of bacon was the perfect salty touch.
* Avocado Toast with Over-Easy Egg: This came with a side of fruit and was the perfect “lighter” option without sacrificing flavor.
* Meat Lovers Scramble: This was my personal favorite. It’s a perfect mix of potatoes, fluffy eggs, and every meat variety they offer. The addition of sliced onions was a nice touch—they were pleasantly sweet and tied the whole dish together.
Pro Tip: Don’t be intimidated by a crowd; the layout here is designed to move people through comfortably. Great service and even better portions!
I was a little surprised the plates weren’t hot for breakfast. My first bite of potato was cold. The overall dish (Greek hash)was room temp.
Large portions. Easily able to share. Some items can be half orders.
The best thing about the dishes was flavor! I tried 2 different hashes and both were full of great flavor!
Coffee, we are in WA! The $4.50 cup of coffee was mediocre at best. Don’t waste your money here on coffee.
We were seated quickly and staff was friendly.
Very pricey but it comes with the area!
Surprised that this place doesn’t have a higher rating. (Guy behind me said he eats there everyday lol)
Highly recommend burgers fries tots and cake! Will try and make it down there to try other dishes
(Wished I would’ve taken a picture prior to half eaten plates lol)
It seemed that there were many Greek food influence in their menu yet some typical popular choices as well. I went with the baklava pancakes as it sounded good & i haven’t had pancakes or a baklava in awhile 🙂 Some of the other dishes chosen were the greek omelette and the chorizo benedict; both seemed to be well received too!
I would definitely come out again & hope to soon!
Good service and attentiveness.
Two things otherwise: there is nothing to absorb sound so this place is loud, especially for an older crowd. Next, the coffee cups are narrow, slightly top heavy and slightly prone to tipping. I understand this makes them cheap and stackable, but still.
