Doordashed order so taking into account the effects of a long delivery.

We ordered a Kung Pao steak, crispy tofu, a couple spring rolls and sweet and sour chicken. Everything was well seasoned, sauced, band packaged and the portions where absolutely filling. The tofu was no longer crispy due to delivery, but I could tell that at the restaurant it would’ve been perfectly crunchy and it was still really tasty with a softer texture. Lovely that they included both cups of requested extra sauce with the order (Moo Shu and sweet and sour). The main dishes where still nicely textured and went perfectly on soft, perfectly cooked white rice.the spring rolls where totally standard, but they were not bland and were still crunchy.

Everything in total with tip was about 80 bucks, but we got considerably more food than 3 people could eat and it was all super solid. Another great Chinese delivery option.

Note: beverages not available through doordash interface, so source your own.

I needed this after a long day working the phoenix home show. First time at this restaurant and it was delicious. Great service too! I can’t wait to come back.
You know the food is good when you remember to take a photo half way through the meal.

I think I found an excellent Chinese food restaurant where the flavors are bursting, flavorful, and great service. This restaurant used to be Golden Phoenix and came a few times when they were open. Then, I found other restaurants that became my favorite until they closed forever. I’m back to this newly named restaurant bc one of my colleagues dined here a few weeks ago. I didn’t plan just drove into the parking lot and walked in.

We ordered spinach fried rice with Shrimp , chicken with vegetables, and single serving of wonton soup with BBQ pork and spinach. Excellent choices. They have a variety of fried rices. I was shocked to see spinach, curry, and spicy fried rice plus the traditional chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetables, egg, and pork. Felt intimidated bc I wanted to order more than 2.

Our server Isaac recommended we try a few more dishes when we return. His recommendations: pork fried rice, curry fried rice, and mushu pork. I’m looking forward to this. I have other dishes I want to try and cannot wait to see if those will be tasty and delicious .

I might update this review to add the other dishes as we dined each time. I hope you get to try this place and enjoy the ambience of the restaurant. They have a huge entrance door and that’s actually pretty neat to me.

Happy eating

Had gone to the Scottsdale location for several years. This one is near my medical appointments so I treat myself. The hot and sour soup is one of the best I ever had. I order three dishes so I have leftovers. Kung Pao chicken is excellent & the Kumg Pao Three Seas (shrimp, scallops, & filet of fish) is yummy. They even will cook without salt. They offer a selection of low-carb & gluten-free dishes. I wish there were more Burmese dishes like years ago when my Burmese friends and I would visit at the George and Son’s Asian Cuisine on Via Linda.

I have been going to this place for 5 years with my family that lives up in Flagstaff. Most all the time it was the best. They always wanted to stop here for our fix of Chinese food. We came on 4.26.25. The food was so bad. We had the shrimp fried rice & it had no flavor. The shrimp were boiled w nothing on them, just opaque pieces of chewy, slimy shrimp. The rice was flavorless. A few pieces of hard, and chewy veggies. Rice was also hard. It really was difficult to eat. We also had the Szechuan chicken & it was nothing but scraps that were hard to chew. Bright color and hard as rocks! We paid well over $100 for 3 people, and boxed up our food that was ultimately tossed in the garbage. Please fix the new issues with your food. Or loose your business! I don’t think we will ever be back again. Also, I don’t think these people even care. So sad to see a gem fall into the cracks. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Just not here!

Great local chain for solid sit-down Chinese. A big step up from the average 80’s vintage places (while still having a hint of that umbrella-in-drink feel) and similar, but vastly superior to the private-equity-ruined incarnation of Chang’s.

The food here is high quality and doesn’t give you the MSG headache. The spicy dishes actually have a legitimate bit of spice to them.

Service is friendly and a highly attentive.

The place is updated with a casual, modern feel that still has hints of the classic (if cheesy) Chinese restaurant.

Definitely recommend.

I really love the atmosphere in this place. It was quiet a nice setting. This was a business lunch and the food was great.

I ordered what I thought was the smaller dish The lunch dish not the dinner dish and it was a lot of food. The price was great.

I ordered the orange chicken which came with a spring roll noodles and rice and a wonton. And that wonton was really good maybe next time I will get an order of fried wontons.

There was a good amount of sauce chicken was tender. I ordered the green tea which was nice it tasted like a premium tea. Often places don’t pay attention to getting a good tea. I will definitely be back to this place it will make a nice place for a date night.

Everybody here was great they were nice they came by and checked to make sure we were happy with our food.

Worse service ever. My first time there, I was sat down, served water and someone came by and took my appetizer order, only they didn’t explain the lunch menu. The appetizers arrived and the REAL server argued with me about the order? He took it back but then took another 20 minutes before taking my order. Correction, I had to get up to find him. As I walked around, I realized everyone was in the back of the restaurant, even the hostess. So I walked over to the bar to find the server behind it watching TV? Really? I ordered The Chicken Special Miona, don’t! The served the appetizers with the order. I’m going to say this, I love Chinese food, Uber can prove it but never have I ever, received a store bought egg roll from Frys at any restaurant. I buy these same egg rolls myself but at least I cook them all the way through….The Miona was Mi-not. The lunch version was 13.99 and the dinner version 17.99. This puffed up over priced horrible service should recommit to Chinese Food and hospitality.
