We stopped here after hiking Lena Lake. Not many places have this kind of timeless décor and atmosphere. The view is lovely — we could even see Mt. Rainier from the window.

Portions are enormous (easily two meals). The sweet potato fries were our favourite. Service was excellent.

I’d happily stop here anytime I’m passing through.

Great food. I had the Oyster Sandwich my wife had the fish and chips. We shared the steamer clams as well.

We went on a weeknight and it certainly had a “locals first” vibe where a lot of staff was chatting with regulars while other patrons were waiting. But the service was still fast and the food was amazing.

Halloween party was really fun!
Can’t rate the food as they close the kitchen at 8 pm. Will stop by again and update the review.
Hood canal location has been there for years.
Live music on weekends nights.
Park in front or along highway.

Been wanting to visit this place for awhile, as I live overseas now but miss growing up in the Pacific Northwest. At first the place seemed very “local” and I felt a bit out of place, but the waitress was pleasant and even brought me binoculars to enjoy the beautiful view sitting outside on the gorgeous sunny day.
The food came quick and was delicious. Fried oysters just like my mom used to make! Plump and flavorful. And whoever made the coleslaw deserves an award. It was perfection. Not too sweet like a lot of places make it. I could eat a bowl of it. Simply fantastic.
I even got my Geoduck “Size Does Matter” stickers! This place will be on my regular rotation when I come ‘home’ for sure. A very pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for a lovely stop!

Food was so so. Had the Burger once, then the next day had the chicken wrap. The service was super slow when the Mariners were playing The Bluejays. The big problem was they let a guy that was just drinking take up a table of 4 and he was by himself. This could be a good place if they would step up their game. Try this place out, see what you think, there arent too many other choices! Good luck!

Great find to watch Mariner’s game while I wss out camping in Brinnon. Nrt a fantastic server named Tammy was friendly and offered great service and drinks to the entire room. ALL the Food being served around the bar looked great and there was a fantastic mix of local patrons and tourists. Great outside patio with binoculars for viewing seals and other wildlife. Portions looked large (I ordered fries and they arrived hot and crispy and basket was enough to share!) Guys next to me ordered oyster shooters and chicken strips. Burgers being served looked great too! Suitable restaurant area away from bar for families. Prices for food and drinks was very reasonable.

This place has the best view of the seals! All the food and drinks we had were excellent. The waitresses looked overwhelmed since it was a Saturday night and there was only two of them, but they did great for being short staffed. I highly recommend sitting outside for the best atmosphere! ❤️

Great spot to grab a hearty meal! Stopped in for lunch on a rainy weekday and sat right down. Had our food 10 minutes later. Nothing fancy about the menu but the portions are huge – my hamburger was enormous! Clam chowder was also really good.

There’s a few TVs, a pool table, and darts. Great waterfront patio as well. Highly recommended if you’re cruising up or down the 101!

Went here and the staff was slow, they seemed irritated and confused when I asked about gluten free items on their menu and the women said they dont have anything gluten free at all When I asked? I asked if the steamer clams would be gluten free she agreed and said they should be. The food is very basic low class food and not very safe for anybody with gluten allergies or any allergies as she said they dont take any precautions in the back to protect against any allergies. The woman also said their coffee is Instant coffee and they only have small commercialized creamer she said they dont have actual cream to put in it? Really odd. Clams were good when we got them. View is nice.
*update to the response- I litterally asked your waiter what was gluten free and she said nothing was? Thats not my fault. I asked about the coffee she said instant folders and cream packets? Not my fault I got told what I did. I leave tons of honest reviews. I understand its a small bussiness but I wouldent make anything up and maybe before responding blaming me for your small businesses mistake update your waiters on what you serve. I could have walked out when she said nothing is gluten free but I was like there is no way clams have gluten. I also posted a pic of your menu and there is no gf* near anything*
