Genova’s To Go has always been my all time favorite pizza spot. As a former employee, I got to see firsthand just how much love and care goes into the food and the business and even a decade later, that hasn’t changed one bit. Every bite takes me back to my younger years; the bread still tastes like home, and even though the faces have changed, that classic Genova’s spirit hasn’t.
Tonight, Hailey H handed me my order with a smile and showed exactly that same spirit. She even let me know about a credit on my account that I never would’ve known was there. Great food, great people, same Genovas.

Ordered a take out order on 1/21/26. When placing my order, I was greeted very politely by Ciera, who was very polite and personable. When I arrived, I was greeted again, very politely by Ciera and one other young lady. My food was ready, hot and delicious! Ciera went above and beyond, as did the rest of the staff. Very friendly and inviting. We will be back.

The service staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive. I mostly eat in, and the place is always clean. Food comes out quickly and is consistent and good, never had a bad meal. Great place to go for a great sandwich, and their fries are delish!

Food was great as always. But a glitch on the online ordering service led to major disappointment this evening (website and app are both like this). My wife had been craving a pepperoni pizza all day and I told her I would pick one up on my way home from work. So I ordered our usual Tomato Basil pizza and a Pepperoni pizza on the website. Except, I made the mistake of selecting the pepperoni, and then going back and changing the size of the pizza from small to medium. Evidently when you change the size of the pizza, it erases any and all of the toppings on the pizza you were creating. After a 12 hour day and in a rush to get my wife her pizza I did not notice it had erased my pepperoni selection and proceeded with the order thinking it was as I had placed it. Once I got home my wife was very disappointed that the pepperoni pizza she had been craving all day was in fact just a plain cheese pizza. I partially feel like this is my fault, but I also feel as though the website and app should not revert your selected toppings to a blank slate just by changing the size of the pizza. Hopefully you all can change the way this happens or look into a new online ordering service that is more modern and user friendly.
