I haven’t had anybody rib tips this tender that come off the bone. unfortunately I had to go back twice because I was thrilled about the rib tips I decided to buy my family some third time this time the rib tips were really tough hard to chew they must have mixed some old ribs with the new ones anyway had to change my ratings I was really disappointed I spent $29 I guess if you go to a restaurant too many times you bound to get something bad smh the garlic bread was barely toasted consistency is what we look for don’t sneak and give people old food with the new food we not stupid my pitbull said thank you for the meat

I have been ordering from this place for years no issues , til today. I order my family food I was told by the man 57 dollars was my total he puts a female on the phone she says 57 was my total it will be here in 1 hour. 1hour and 30 minutes go bye I check my bank account they took 70 dollars off my card . I call and ask why did they take that much money off my card and where is my food . This lady lies and says it was 67 plus delivery and card charge . I will never buy from this scam company again.

Ordered food a few tymes from this place a because they deliver tried to order my daughter a bag of fries they had me on hold for a few minutes then said they couldn’t take my order because I left a review that said there chilli looks lyke dog food.. I’ve Neva ordered the chilli and I’ve Neva left a review til today wen I told them that was a lie she put me on hold again and then said we just can’t take orders from u anymore!! Made an order for pick up was told it’ll be 20 mins. Get to the restaurant give them my number just for them to tell me another lady told them it was hers. Asking me for my number but gave the order away is crazy. They need grown people working there not teenagers!

It use to be way better! I got the Italian beef dipped with mozzarella. It barely had any cheese or meat and it was so dry. I asked for coleslaw they gave me macaroni salad. The slice of pizza was cold barely any cheese. I tried to give it another chance after having the same thing happen before. I’m thinking maybe it was just an off day, but today it’s the same thing. It’s a wrap for me!

Waited two hours for my food after they said it would be ready in 45 min. The delivery driver got pulled over and we never got our food. They refused to replace it or refund it. They wanted to give us a 20% discount for next visit like we want to return yeah no thanks! This place sucks! I better get a refund for food I never got! This is ridiculous. I have 3 kids here waiting to eat! Called multiple times to check on it. They said let me get the manager then said the manager is not there. How in the world is this place still in business?! Not once did I lie! Why would I want 20% discount and one free item after waiting 3 hours for my food. I should have definitely gotten the food and the money it’s called good customer service.

They took all of the prices off of the menu on the wall, so you dont know how much unless you ask or when you pay. Dining area is extremely small but you could eat at the location if you wanted to. I ordered a hawaiian pizza and they charged me for all the topping individually. When i asked about it, i was told it was because a hawaiian pizza wasn’t on the menu. But it is..Also, i guess their hawaiian doesn’t come with bacon. I guess it ended being the same price or close to what it said on the menu. In anycase, the food was actually really good. I was pleasantly surprised when i got back to the hotel.

First time here, we got a large pizza, wanted slices but they don’t make cheese slices unless you wait for it. Italian seasoning on the pizza always throw me off, just the American in me I guess. It was good tho dont get me wrong. Next time, I’ll try something else

If I could leave no stars I would…ordered chicken wings barbecue and buffalo sauce on … fried hard food was delivered really later than expected chicken was soft fries were not done the next morning I called to report the problem the owner did not want to replace it he barely understood English and he was very rude this isn’t the first time I had a bad experience I try to order in community but never again ! Last time I ordered a pizza puff and it was half done. Gross … don’t eat here go up the street to Rays Jamaican jerk way better and looks lovely nice environment this pizza joint Genovas is trash…. Might use to be a hit in the 90s this place is trash.
