Absolutely the worst cheesesteak we ordered 4 and they were not edible at all. So disappointed and we were so hungry. The women working who was wrapping sandwiches had horrible customer service.

The cheesesteaks were terrible, why because the bread was old, the meat was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted and the slimey onions the throw on top terrible. Who puts mayo on an Italian sub? Worst experience ever and the manager working there has a bad attitude

There is no was this is an actual Gino’s. This was a roast beef and onion sandwich like subway would make but worse. Not a cheese steak, highly disappointed since everyone told me try Ginos and this was tge Gino’s I tried. Do better.

Tourist destination, so lines are off the chain. Food was OK, I mean that It was late sandwich was just what the doctor ordered I’ll hit up 1 of the other places next time. That will be the only way to have a comparison who’s the best on the block…

I visited this restaurant while staying at the hotel. This was the worst and toughest steak sandwich that I have ever had in my life. The quality does not represent the city that I grew up in and gives visitors the wrong impression of a Philly cheesesteak.

Stopped in on a road trip. Food and service were both really great. I’ll definitely be stopping in again if I’m ever in the area again

I was stuck here after a baseball game because of the heavy traffic so we tried the Genos here in the casino and it was terrible, I’ve been going to Genos all my life in South Philly and never had a bad cheesesteak, but here it was just lousy, barely any steak in the sandwich not much cheese, it was mostly dry bread. I got a cheesesteak, cheese fries and a soda and it cost almost $30 bucks, they did hint at and flat out ask for tips a total of four times. This is counter service like a fast food restaurant. One guy pushed the tip bucket at me and said feed the children, I feel bad for the out of towners and tourist thinking this represents a Philly Cheesesteak. Embarrassing!! 7pm 7/27/2025

The food is passable, although it’s not great. But the place is famous for other reasons and not because the food is so good in flavor and texture. Add to that the fact that the staff is horrible, they are not able to tell you in words what cheeses they have and in a rude manner a woman the cashier yelled at me to read the menu before ordering and I had done so, I simply didn’t see the cheeses. So I go back to the menu in which the cheeses were not listed and she rudely closed the window on me… so I had a detestable experience with them after traveling three hours to está there !
