This place used to be my favorite part of coming home to visit family but it has really gone down hill. The last 3 times I’ve visited the kids working have been so rude, the pizza seems like it was made several hours ago ($5.00 a slice), and the restaurant itself has been very dirty. Just go across the street and get a slice of Casey’s for better prices and better quality. You’ll be glad you did.

My mom asked nicely to get some ranch and croutons and the server stood there saying she would get it in a minute we were before the people that she was done making drinks for acted like we were an inconvenience..im sorry but they are all very lazy…very rude it wasnt busy there was no reason to ignore us

The pizza tastes good but you have better stock up on napkins if you order through the drive thru because the grease can be a problem in the car. The last time we went through the drive thru the staff was confused and seemed like they weren’t trained for it but they are usually very nice.

Friendly food was hot made just like I asked and the ranch is thick and delicious! Great salad bar
The Baskin Robin’s side the prices on the menu are not accurate so I would ask how much things were before u order! So this is why I have dropped my star rating

Showed up late at night, not expecting much. Paid over $10 for two slices of cardboard drenched in grease with Elmer’s glue baked on top under a heat lamp. The server was funny and nice and patient. The spaghetti my friend ordered looked pitiful and the “personal pizza” was over $7 for an oily disc smaller than a single slice of disappointment.

Outstanding establishment. Pizza is good, better than others in Greenwood and you can get by the slice for a quick lunch or a full pizza to serve your family.

Their Reuben sandwich was incredible. Best I’ve had in a long time.

Go give Geno’s a chance.

Ordered my usual, a large pepperoni and a large black olive. Just like every other Geno’s location, this one nailed it. Seems like they tried to be stingy with the ranch, but I pressed and got a little more. Word of advice for the workers, NEVER hold back on the ranch. I don’t care what the owners say. The ranch is 75% of your repeat business. I’ve done surveys. If you start acting like McDonalds with their bbq sauce, you’ll start losing customers. Promise. Keep up the great work though!

Let me start with the positive. Food tastes good; however, all but three tables were dirty. Napkins, straws, and various other trash scattered on the floor throughout. Salad bar was down to the bottom of canisters and needed wiped down and restocked. No soap in ladies room begs to ask how employees wash hands before returning to work let alone customers. At least five kids on duty. This is at 6:45 on a Wednesday night and I might add that there were no cars in parking lot when we pulled in. For $50 I expect a little more. The managers need to make surprise visits. They don’t do a very good job managing The Dari down the street either. We quit eating at the Dari due to wrong orders every time. If they’re not going to monitor their restaurants better than this, they should consider selling to someone who cares more.

Genos pizza is a must have if your in the area. Baskin Robbins is attached so after you have some wonderful pizza by the slice or salad bar, you can have desert right there.

Well I called in a pizza at 5:51pm, they said 25 min. I arrived there at 6:10pm, paid at the drive thru. They asked me to pull forward to the white line, it would be 5 min. Another truck pulled over into the #1 waiting area, about 5 minutes after me. At 6:32, they bring the order to the guy in the #1 spot. At 6:34, I walked into the restaurant and asked about my order, they said it was in the oven. About 2 minutes later, they bring it out to me and said they were sorry. The problem with all of this, the pizza wasn’t even hot. So it obviously was just forgotten. Next time I will got to the pizza barn. Their pizza is better.
