Ordered carryout. They forgot an item and wouldn’t deliver it, because the delivery driver had other deliveries. They wouldn’t refund, only gave us credit for next time? Pizza blah, and obviously not too worried about customer service.

First time we ordered for take out pizza in Delavan. We were looking for a good pizza for a long time, ( we are from Milwaukee ). Very pleasantly surprised. Good, fresh ingredients. Especially liked fresh mushrooms, not canned, and nice amount of onions. Good thin crust. Will absolutely order again. Thank you for a satisfying experience.

They use to have a Monday special (buy 1 get one at half price) not any more. I ordered 2 pizzas and asked for a receipt, all it had was the total, not the price of each pizza, I asked for an itemized receipt and she said she wasn’t the manager. Oh ya and when I got there I had to wait approximately 7 minutes for her to get out of the bathroom and no she didn’t wash her hands when she got out! Also I ordered a sausage pizza and got a pepperoni, this didn’t matter much as I do like pepperoni. But by the next day I was feeling very upset in the stomach

I ordered a CHEESE pizza with sausage on the entire thing and half pepperoni. I received a pizza with mushrooms. When attempting to work with Genoa on their mistake, they refused to help my husband and blamed us instead. I called and demanded my money back or a replacement and was hung up on! I used to spend nearly $40 almost weekly there and now will NEVER eat there again. I HIGHLY recommend Mama T’s in Elkhorn anyway! The trip is worth it! There is so much more flavor and the staff is exceptional! Not to mention, you can get an entire MEAL for $40, not a single disappointing pizza. So long Genoa, you won’t be missed!

I am having a difficult time understanding all these negative reviews. Genoa Pizza of Delavan, WI saved my mine and my husband’s dinner plans tonight! I originally was going to order from Jo jo’s pizza. I called Jo jo’s for delivery and asked for the chicago style pizza. They had no idea what I was talking about! So I literally drove to Jo jo’s to show them the picture of the pizza I wanted off their menu. They were even further rude to me and told me they would not help me and to go somewhere else. So, I found myself ordering from Genoa tonight. The pizza was delivered quickly in less time than they had quoted me and it was warm upon arrival. The chicago style pizza I received from Genoa was delicious with the toppings covering the pizza. Jo jo’s lost my family’s business forever as of tonight and I’m very happy to say I have a new restaurant to go to when I need pizza, Thank you Genoa!
