Just moved to Westfield and decided to try this place out through door dash. The buffalo chicken pizza was the worst pizza I have ever ate. No cheese no ranch just terrible. I see a photo of what their Buffalo chicken pizza is supposed to look like and mine looks absolutely nothing like it. 26 dollars down the train pizza tossed in the garbage. I will not be eating here again. Picture speaks for itself

Just great pizza. My girlfriend and I go there a lot. Whenever the pizza question comes up, it’s always Gennaro’s. Typical NY style pizza joint. No bad choices here. I need to get a side of marinara as I’m not a “eat the bones” kind of guy 🙂 Dipping the crust in a top shelf kitchen sauce is the money shot for sure!

We have been coming here for longer then I can remember and we have always had a great meal! Tonight I picked up some eggplant parmigiana and a plain pie for the 4 of us. It was so much food we were all stuffed after eating just the eggplant!! The eggplant came in its own container and it was full, there was also a side of spaghetti! The reason why this is important is because other places will put the eggplant on top of the pasta in 1 container! Not here!! The “side dish” of spaghetti was as large as the eggplant entree! The tomato sauce on the eggplant seemed to be a bit thicker and tasted wonderful. The tomato sauce on the pasta was delicious and you could taste a hint of basil in the background. They also gave us a 12 inch roll that we used to dip in the sauce! The pizza is bigger then a usual large pie and it was cooked perfectly. We love Genaros, it’s the perfect neighborhood pizza place that the owners will recognize you and are friendly asking how you and the family are. We have had so many different meals here and it’s like eating at my Italian grandmothers house! And there is an Italian grandmother cooking in the back!!! Genaros is our favorite pizza place in town!!

I have been a Gennaro’s lover for more than 20 years at this point. Almost 5 years ago, I left Union County for coastal SC. My parents freeze their pepperoni and broc rolls for me and bring them down every visit! I have never found a place like Gennaro’s, it’s so special to me and so yummy.

Pizza is subjective. Let’s just start by saying that. The pizza that I find delicious, you may not. But I will say this about the pizza here- it’s amazing. I always get the Sicilian, well done of course. And each and every single time it’s made to perfection. Quite honestly my favorite pizza that I’ve ever had. I keep going here time and time again and I’m never disappointed.

Ordered pizza for pick-up. Got a notification that it was ready but almost an hour after pick up time it is still not ready. I understand we ordered on a really busy night (Halloween) but I feel like an hour past pick up time is ridiculous.
