Charlie, owner of Genna Pizza Company, gives his customers the most authentic New York dining experience. The Long Island native imports his fresh mozzarella straight from Brooklyn. Every dish is even made from scratch. Genna Pizza only uses all-natural ingredients and makes the bread fresh by hand. “We only buy the most premium ingredients,” say Charlie. “Our pepperoni comes from Boar’s Head and we have a baker coming in three days a week to make our desserts.” Besides pizza, Genna also offers lasagna, calzone, Stromboli, hot and cold sandwiches, salads and many more items.

Ordered a normal Grandma Pie and got a surprise when we bit into… anchovies.
I might be overstepping, but as this was ordered close to closing, my gut says there’s a small chance this was intentional as some kind of joke. Either way, unfortunately the pizza was disgusting and we had to throw it out. Not planning to order from here again, which is a shame because the menu looks great.

DELICIOUS! We’ve tried three other pizza places in the area, and Genna’s blows them all out of the water! I’ve only had the New York style so far, but it’s absolute perfection — the crust is crisp yet chewy, cooked just right every time. The toppings are flavorful, clearly made with quality ingredients, and the pizza always arrives hot and fresh. We usually order mushrooms, pepperoni, and Chicago-style sausage (it’s definitely worth the upcharge!).

The food here is great and very consistent unlike the other local pizzas competitors Nextdoor. What you get is going to be the same each and every time and you can count on DJ to make sure you’re taken care of. When we don’t feel like cooking Gennas is in our top 3 takeout spots and number 1 in pizza. Thanks for feeding my hangry girlfriend Gennas is a go to for us to calm her down when she’s hungry and tired from taking care of our baby all day.

Ok, their pizza is pretty good, I will give them that…but they REALLY need to step up their game on TIME READINESS for their pizzas…. definitely would be better if they promised a time and they beat it.. but when you promise a 20-25 minute pickup up time and it’s actually 45 minutes AND THEN get pissy with when I politely suggest they amend their pick up time to callers (they just hung up on a caller and told them 30 minutes). They looked surprised and offended when I was TRYING to improve their customer service….sheesh!!! Chill guys, CONSTANTLY communicate with order takers and pizza makers and let’s get your timing improved….

We regularly pick up pizza and dine in at the Suntree location. Tonight, I picked up two pizzas for dinner—one extra cheese and another with four toppings.
The young gentleman at the counter immediately noticed that one topping was missing. He brought it to the attention of the gentleman cooking in the back, who was ready to fix it right away. I said it was no problem and that I would take the pizza as is, but he insisted on making a new one and even offered to have someone deliver it.
This was absolutely amazing customer service. Our family already loves Genna’s, but this experience truly went above and beyond. Superior service!

3 is good but average. We got a Greek salad and a few slices of pizza. The salad had the most amazing feta on it. The slices were pretty big but toppings were too big and chunky for the crust and a lot of them just fell off. Maybe you like that and if you do, this is your place. The plain cheese slice was actually my favorite.
The cashier/server was really nice and attentive. I didn’t tip at first because I thought it was just counter service. However, when she came out and kept checking on us while we were eating we left her a tip in the jar.

Horrible customer service from the so called manager. I’ve ordered buy one get one free wings from Genna express multiple times through Uber eats. Always do it the same way by hitting the previous order button. THIS time they only send me one set of wings. Called the store expecting a reasonable person to say, Sorry about that, swing by and grab the other set of wings. NOPE, Told me it wasn’t their problem and to call Uber eats. So now I’ve paid 33 dollars for 10 wings! NEVER AGAIN! You just lost a weekly regular customer and on top of it, my work orders pizza from you now every Saturday to feed ALL of the employees. Needless to say, we will be finding somewhere else.

I ordered a Large Pizza and grabbed a seat while I was waiting and listening to the cool vibes playing overhead. I was enjoying the atmosphere. Then suddenly, one of the workers walked over with my pizza, presented, opened it, and smiled! WOW! It was a masterpiece! A work of art! When I made it home, I did not want to mess it up, but my hunger took over. Worth every minute, every dollar, every penny. Places are hard to come by like this. They are serious about their product and they treat their customers exceptionally well. I just felt good going there and will go back again and again and again. Also, the young lady working the register was the most polite and informational person who assisted me with my decision. First visit and I fell in Love with this place!
