2025.10 only me and my wife, ordered omakase sushi 10 pieces and katsudon. Omakase has 6 varieties not 10 , no side or soup or anything, plain 10 pieces . So so, not super good not too bad either. Fresh enough, server can’t tell me what exactly the fish are, only using the word white fish. Katsu Don is disappointed, salty and also plain

I have become a returning customer here after moving to NC 4 years ago. The food is incredible and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and respectful. After reading the negative reviews, I’m not sure how anyone could complain about the portion sizes – slowing down to really savor the flavor of the fish is something i’d suggest for them.

I’ve been a frequent customer for years. The food, and staff are always excellent. As we know, we eat with our eyes first. I attached a picture of what could have been a simple sashimi presentation, but was served extravagant. This above and beyond seevice and pride in what they do here keeps me coming back.

Had takeout and dine-in dinner here before. It’s a good place for some fusion food in the area. It’s definitely mostly not traditional sushi or omakase by any means, but it’s good nonetheless. The prices are fair, given how supplies for fresh ingredients needed for sushi these days. It’s about the same as other a la carte places, I think. They can get quite busy with the ton of takeout orders they have to prepare during the dinner hours, but the staff still manage to be quite attentive and clear empty plates and refill teacups.
The location is rather convenient in terms of parking. Currently, the big supermarket has closed so there are many spots open. The restaurant interior is also decorated nicely, with lights that remind me of a karaoke bar.
The sushi took a bit of waiting. Even with about four chefs, they swamped the bar with takeout orders as much as dine-in. I won’t count that against them. The food came and it was nice and hot, even the rolls with tempura inside. The nigiri was well-packed and the sashimi was quite soft. Overall, it is a solid meal.

Visited here again after 2 years. Still offers plenty of sushi options and very good service. This place used to be my go-to sushi place in Staten Island pre-pandemic. Also, amazing that you can get 3 rolls for $10 as their lunch special.
