If you’re simply here to enjoy good food, then you came to the right place. The ingredients are solid and absolutely worth the price — honestly, even comparable to places that charge $200–300.
But if you’re coming for a date or looking for ceremony and ambiance, this isn’t really the spot. There’s no detailed ingredient presentation or any wow-factor moments.
One more thing to note: after you finish all the courses, the extra add-on dishes aren’t really worth it.

I’m glad I came the food was delicious, the sake was a perfect pairing and the service was top tier. I had the 13 course pairing and ordered the house sake. I would highly recommend this restaurant for your Omakase tasting experience!

You basically get a personal chef to make you the best Japanese dishes using the best ingredients. Some of the dishes I had here are the best sushi/ Omakase I have ever had.

The sushi chefs are very nice! Went here for my birthday lunch and was treated very well. The sushi flavor combinations are delicious, and the price is affordable. Would go again. Only thing is, the “Hokkaido milk” ice cream did not taste like Hokkaido milk ice cream – would skip this next time.

All of the fish tasted extremely fresh. Each course was unique and had its own spin. Our chef did an excellent job. The waitresses were also very attentive and thorough.
My one critique is that if you are sitting in the seats closer to the door, the music can be very loud. It was difficult to understand what our chef was saying most of the time.
Nonetheless, I certainly recommend coming here for a great prices Omakase in NYC.
