When I walked in the place seemed rather dirty.. but I was ordering to go so I over looked.
I ordered, waited 5-7 minutes (expected) but got home to eat my food and it was so disgusting I didn’t get past the first bite.
The fried rice was like rubber, soggy, swollen. Just disgusting. And the meet was so bad you couldn’t even get a “bite” of it.
I have eaten here before and it been delish! So i expected good quality food. Shoot, even decent. This was not even that.

Hibachi rice bowls at it’s best. I had a Chicken bowl with fried rice, Zucchini, Onion, Mushroom, Been sprouts and Yum Yum sauce. It is the best in the area!

We ordered 3 meals from genjigo in Lewis center. As several other people experienced, my double chicken and shrimp bowl was meatless? Somehow the meat was missing…it’s not like there was very little meat, there was NO meat. I was really disappointed since I ordered double meat. I can’t stress enough that there was no meat. I gave it 2 stars because everyone else seemed to be happy with their food.

Came in to pick up an order at 8:15ish pm and I went to the bathroom, came out and slipped on the wet floor and slammed my elbow into the wall in the hallway trying to catch myself from falling. The only wet floor sign was at the very front door, nowhere else. Super shitty. Always make sure to have wet floor signs in all areas of the restaurant that are wet to prevent future incidents and lawsuits… restaurant 101.

I stop in a few times a month for lunch. They are always kind, quick, and the food is fresh. The store is clean and I appreciate the great job they do. Even during a crazy rush with a lot of door dash and walk ins they are wonderfully professional and patient. Great job crew! Always a good experience.
