I love their salmon sushi rolls and salmon nigiri. It’s always fresh (they make it every day) and delicious. It’s even good without soy sauce. They are in Whole Foods and it’s made ready to go, but I had the chance to meet the people that prepare it and they were very sweet. Definitely worth the money and it’s very convenient. I get it 2-3 times a month. This is not comparable at all to regular grocery chain sushi where they leave it sitting out for 4+ days and it’s stiff. They are on a whole different level and to me, it’s restaurant quality.
