This place says it opens at 9am. Got into a little after 9 to put in an order for my daughter’s class party. I see a guy scooping raw rice at the sushi bar. I ask him if I can place an order and he looks at me and says “I’m cooking the rice”….Just didn’t know what to do with that- he casually turns his back to me and continues to wash his rice and says nothing. I’m left standing there trying to figure out why to do. I walk away.
Apparently they are a third party vendor. Shame on Whole Foods for hiring a company with zero customer service and no respect for customers time and not to talk of professionalism. That’s in the gutter!
