The food tastes great! I love seeing the cooks make your order. Those guys are talented. The food came a little messy, and the self-serve bar was a little dirty. The location is a little too expensive for my pocket, but I would probably visit about once every 3 months. My total came out to $19.45 for 1 bow.l Overall, it’s great tasting, and the staff is friendly .

I’m honestly appalled by this location. I went in with my two children and ordered a bowl — they advertise that you can get as much meat and vegetables as you want. The cooks prepare your food in front of you, so I decided to sit down but kept an eye on the process. To my surprise, I saw them take out some of the meat I had added, leaving me with less and replacing it with extra vegetables. That was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing.
On top of that, the front cashier was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job, then maybe this isn’t the place for you — customer service isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. But that kind of attitude — rude, unbothered, and clearly not wanting to be there — is just very unappealing and makes the whole experience worse.
I didn’t say anything at the moment because I didn’t want a confrontation, but I will never return to this place again. If you do go, make sure to watch the cooks closely — don’t just trust them to do it right.

I love this food this place its the only location near me but coming here today was just soo gross and i dont think i will be back it was just UNSANITARY ALL AROUND!! IT JUST SCREAMS HEALTH DEPARTMENT i work in food service myself it takes 2 min to come out and clean wipe down .
but then again the cleaning rags in the pictures i posted need to just be thrown away too ugh!! i just hope we dont get sick ..

Definitely returning soon. I purchased the combo which is more or less $15 comes with the plate, small soup, small rice, and a small drink. The soup was like a chicken broth and it was delicious! The noodles were amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes noodles to try it.

This was very very salty. I was expecting better flavor but all I could taste was salt. There were too many juices. The noodles were sitting on top of approximately a cup of salty water. Sad to say I won’t be back.

I’ve been obsessed with Mongolian BBQ for the past few months. About once a week.
I’ve tried some of the other GK locations, but, this one, at Lakewood Mall, has the friendliest service, best selection of meats and veggies that I’ve seen.
Even when it’s very busy, which it often is, they still have a smile on their face, and try their best to keep things clean, and moving. The only thing that would make it better, is if wasn’t attached to a mall.

I have been coming tot his place since I was a little girl. Now I come with my own children. I know the manager as he has worked there for well over a decade. Idk what is wrong with the system but I added noodles to my bowl but none were added. I went to pick up my order and it said no noodle so I politely told her I’m sorry it says no noodles but I wanted noodles not sure if their was something wrong with the system because all orders said no noodle. She was like well you put no noodle so no noodle. She is very rude and has no sense of customer service at all. Be kinder like your manager you could learn a thing or 2 from him. Kindness will take you a long way.
