We ordered an appetizer and it never came. When asked to have it checked on it was brought to our attention the order was never put in. They ended up coming half way through the meal time. All 3 of our bowels came out at different times. All together we waited about 30 minutes and when our food arrived it was burnt. I had pieces from the burnt grill in my food, my boyfriend’s food was inedible. Everything tasted like a burnt dirty grill. We will not be returning which is unfortunate as we use to love it here.

I had to grab a server to get a seat since they had sign for wait to be seated. Good 10 minutes. Ordered jambalaya but ppl who had jambalaya know this doesn’t come even close. Rice was undercooked and it was not fried proper that some rice didn’t even meet the whatever sauce they threw in. Burnt sausage also. I regret eating here. Oh light is pretty dim too.

Food was ok. But the main part is the service. Server with an air pod in acted like he didn’t wanna be there. Making side comments when he’s walking off like “omg” “seriously?” We Get to the kitchen to make our bowls and there’s nothing left to pick from, we asked 3 people, is there gonna be more meat you guys bring out? No words, just pointing at each other. We bring it up to the server and he says nobody speaks English and that the air pods are for translation, so why is the other girls wearing 2 AirPods and not even acknowledging that we are there.
Took about 20 mins for the other side of the table to get their drinks.
But yet a whole new family comes in and the server is soooo attentive to them, food is out right away, drinks are brought out while we’re still waiting for ours.
Manager was barely any help.
We had a birthday girl and why was her meal the last meal to come out??
Highly disappointed and I’m pretty sure that’s why the location close to Jefferson is permanently closed.
Want a tip? Do better with service, and if you don’t wanna work, don’t work there at all.

Food was fresh and hot cooked in front of you on the grill. Our server Derick was an absolute charmer with excellent service and a great personality. I highly recommend coming here and you can go watch a movie right after in the same location. We will definitely be coming back.

Walked in with my mom. The sign said, please wait to be seated, so we did. Three employees looked at us, saw us, ignored us, and when I went to ask if we were correct in waiting, a server snapped at me. There was upwards of 20, 25 tables, empty. It wasn’t busy at all. I just wanted some acknowledgement. We waited a bit longer after getting snapped at, we decided they probably didn’t want my money. We went somewhere else and it was the best decision we made. Crafting my own bowl was truly an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The freedom to customize my veggie bowl to my liking was a highlight of the dining experience. However, I couldn’t help but wish for a broader selection of veggie protein options to truly elevate my creation. While I remembered they offered chickpeas previously, it would have been fantastic to see more alternatives available.
Additionally, the array of sauces and condiments felt somewhat limited, leaving me longing for more diverse flavor profiles to experiment with. The absence of cabbage as a base option was a disappointment, though I appreciated the suggestion of using purple cabbage as an alternative. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was positive, leaving me satisfied with my culinary creation.

The food was extremely good! With that said, the reason for this rating, is the false advertising throughout the company. Came for the bottomless bowls that they have plastered all over their website, only to find out that they don’t in fact do that and I’m stuck with one, very very tiny bowl for my meal.

Be aware, they have new cooks and if you don’t eat meat and you didn’t pick meat in your bowl, your food gets mixed with other people’s and you don’t know what you’re getting. I cannot trust them anymore. This used to be my favorite restaurant and have never had issues before. Having new cooks is not an excuse. They did give my bowl for free because they made a mistake twice on the same night.

The place was more than half empty. Stood there 15-20 minutes to be seated. Another 15-20 minutes….smh guys ever heard of YC’s in Arizona? Can something from them…I never give reviews. Staff was nice, timing kinda off for a slow day… people should get in the self serve line more. Didn’t even know that was an option.
