I have been coming to this location and enjoying it for about 10 years. I went to get a bowl yesterday and it turns out they have changed their recipe for fried rice. The new fried rice is absolutely HORRIBLE. Burnt, too salty, extremely dark color due to putting too much soy sauce hence the saltiness, overcooked stringy vegetables in the fried rice. I wasn’t able to even finish eating my food the rice tasted so bad. If the recipe for the fried rice isn’t changed back to the original. I’m 100% sure this genghis grill will lose a lot of customers. Cutting corners to lower costs is a horrible business decision especially when you are in the food industry and I’m pretty sure that’s why they went away from the original fried rice recipe to this new one. We can literally see and taste the difference. As of now I will not be returning to this location or any other location that offers this new fried rice.

I broke up with the love of my life here and I was so afraid to come back. My friends encouraged me to come even though I was afraid and I’m so glad I did! The food was amazing! I missed the amazing atmosphere and the waitress, Elexis was great! She took 5 of our orders without writing anything down and got everything right and out in a timely manner. I would say 4.5 stars but it’s ultimately 5 stars was given because no one broke up with me this time (we got back together and he just proposed here! Full circle )

First time here, it’s like a buffet place, they have a menu, a server but you still have to go to the food bar. They have great variety of meat and vegetables & sauces. Free refills, and the server takes care of that, so you don’t have to constantly get up. They have a bar to the left side of the entrance. I didn’t tried the desserts but they haven a couple. I loved the food, tasty and cook well. I got a lot of stuff for my plate, built a big mountain on the bowl full of meat & veggies before they cooked it, then I went to sit down and when I got my plate I felt like they had taken food away before bringing it to me. I find that extremely unethical. In the pictures you can see how I piled up on my plate and how much I got.

This is actually my favorite location for Genghis Grill. They keep everything clean, the food is prepared very well and I pretty much never have any issues. The staff is really helpful and friendly and for some reason it seems like I always get Ms Jessica as my server. She makes sure to get me whatever I need for a great experience and is always willing to help. The service overall is really appreciated and I’ll definitely keep coming back

I hadn’t been in quite a while, I think what I ordered was the issue, although it tasted ok, it could have had more flavor. I ordered the Jambalaya Small Bowl. I will return and try something else at a later date.
