Rick and his staff are awesome! My little family often visit family members in Rockwall. After a LONG day celebrating a birthday we stopped by this location pretty late around 9:30. Rick took his time making our visit smooth and was flexible with our accommodations. My daughter and I were splitting a bowl since we weren’t gonna finish a whole one each. He made sure to split ours in 2 containers. Overall, best hospitality experience coming come a former hospitality employee for years. Will definitely return every time we are in town!

Came in with my kids while it was a little busy, but our server Marisol was still very nice and helpful. We did have a mix up with the food but the green haired manager did an excellent job fixing the problem. Definitely coming back.

We had a phenomenal experience at this store. What set it apart was the excellent and attentive service provided by Marcos and Rick who made beautiful and well prepared meals. Corporate should commend them on ensuring that our experience was not only delicious but absolutely enjoyable. 10/10 will return again.

Food is okay. They are starting to overcook the meat. This site needs major upgrading. I tried to take as many pictures for everyone. The door alone all disgusting with finger prints. A/C has been broken with a big hole in ceiling, booths most all taped up. It’s been God awful for years.. Don’t get me started on the bathroom and bar area always smells like sewage. We arrived, we were asked to seat ourselves. No problem, except none of the open tables had been cleaned. Someone came and cleaned a table for us. Our waitress was prompt to take our order for drinks and food. My fiancee received her food, and that was the last time our server attended our table. My food took another 30 minutes or more to come out. The chef brought my food out himself, at which point I asked for it to go. We waited another 10 minutes, and the waitress never came back to our table, she walked to one of her coworkers at the bar to socialize. I put cash down on the table (which I shouldn’t have even done that) took my food to go and walked out. Definitely one of the worst services I’ve ever received at a restaurant. It’s not like they were even that busy.

My husband and I were just in eating lunch together. Our server Wade was great- attentive and quick to take our order. Unfortunately the man with the blue eyeshadow who I assume was the manager on duty at the time- was not someone I’d personally want as a manager of my own business. This “manager” yelled at a woman across the whole restaurant for all the other guests to hear- all over 4 mandarin orange slices. The way she spoke was so condescending that my husband and I were baffled. The woman who was being yelled at tried to do what the manager wanted and the manager ended up rolling her eyes at her and gestured this woman to just move on. This manager then gossiped about the same guest to her employees for the entire hour my husband and I were eating. Loud enough for us to hear everything she was saying about this guest- who had already left with to-go food. It seems as though her condescending tone comes naturally to her as she spoke to our server, Wade, in the same manner after he tried to offer his help stocking the plastic silverware. Managers in the position they are in should be skilled in diffusing situations, offering knowledge and kindness to guests instead of dedicating the conversation to belittling guests.

To our surprise, it was not busy at all. However, the food was in good tasting. I ordered a small bowl with potstickers for appetizers. I am a sucker for potstickers. A beloved dish was met exactly how I expected it to be- delicious. Our food was hot and fresh and so good. Upon going up to get our bowls ready it smelled cleaned, looked clean and organized. The overall experience was good. The waitress was mindful and gave good service. Even her colleagues were kind and helpful in asking if we needed anything additional. 10/10.

Beware of this place if you have food allergies!! My daughter is allergic to pineapple and (severely) allergic to honey. We asked the manager, Rick, which sauces were safe for her. At first he said the gluten free are safe. Then said all the dark sauces contain honey and the only one that was probably okay for her is the Alfredo but added “don’t quote me on that”. By Alfredo, he was referring to the garlic parm. He also refused to provide an ingredient list when requested. We elected to just have hers cooked in soy sauce.

My food came without the noodles. I was told I would get them, but never did. We were there to celebrate 2 family birthdays and were quite disappointed. The only star of the evening was our server, Marcos! He did an excellent job and went above and beyond to do what he could to make it a nice night.

I had a situation with Grub Hub today. I ordered from the wrong store. Grub Hub wanted to play this back and forth game. The manager went far and beyond the way to help get my issue resolved with Grub Hub. The issue was never resolved they just basically lied and refused to refund me my money. Even accused the manager of lying about being the merchant. When they got busted in their lies. Thank you for trying to make it right management team I super appreciate y’all for the effort.

03/02/2026 Very disappointed with this night staff. Me and my son showed up right at 8pm for a simple dinner bowl. We got our drinks ordered and brought to the table and were asked to go build our bowls. After making our bowls selection, we dropped off the bowls with the cook. It was a very slow night for the staff. After waiting for almost an hour for our bowls, the waitress comes and informs us that they accidentally gave our bowls to another table. She offered to comp us the bowls, if we wanted to go build another bowl and wait, but I find it hard to believe that they couldn’t read the name on the paper/receipt with our names on it like when they asked us for it at the beginning of the order? Not only did me and my son wait for almost an hour to find out the food was handed out to someone else, but I was not going to wait for another hour to get the next bowl cooked. Not sure how they can just drop the ball like that, but they need to pay better attention and also check in on customers more frequently to find out what the hold up is.
