We were out with friends and stopped by to grab drinks and dinner. This was our first time visiting Geneseo Brewing Co. and was pleasantly impressed with our experience. We thought the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable to chat with our friends over drinks. We had not planned on eating but after reviewing their menu we decided to order. The service staff was friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 5:30 on a Monday evening and there was no wait for seating. We ordered the Tomato Basil flatbread with a side of Brussels sprouts, fruit almond chicken salad, bacon cheddar hamburger with home fries, Mango Pulled pork sandwich with kettle chips, and bread pudding for dessert. We all really loved all our entrees and drinks. The restaurant was clean and food came out quick. Parking was easy to find out in front of building. We definitely will be back and highly recommend this place.

We went to GBC for dinner this evening. We got water to drink so can’t comment on the beer though they did seem to have a nice selection to choose from. It was cool being able to see the brewery in the back from our table. I got the blue cheese burger. My girlfriend got the margarita flatbread. Our daughter got the popcorn chicken and our friend got the ham sandwich. Overall it was a nice experience. Service was quick.

If you are staying at the Geneseo Campground you have to get to Geneseo Brew Co. They have excellent home brews. The IPAs were great. Also, the food was fantastic!! We ate here twice. Once on our way west & on our way east. First time I had the club sandwich. It was huge and taste so good. The second time I had the Cuban. It was huge too. Really good. Great atmosphere. Easy parking. Server was very nice. We will be back on our next RV trip thru here.

Our overall experience was good here. We had a party of 7 and arrived at about 6:45 pm. The place was full, and it was very hard to hear people at our table.

The beer was good, which was the main reason we visited. The food and beer were very affordable too – some brew pubs jack up the price, but GBC is doing it right.

The main drawback and the reason for three stars is that the service was incredibly slow. It took a very long time to even be able to order a drink. When the food came out it was starting to get a little cold as if it had been sitting waiting.

The food was good for the most part though. The pulled pork nachos and pretzel were great appetizers.

The ‘guacamole’ burger (pictured) was not a guacamole burger. It was instead topped with avocado slices. That was a little disappointing, but the burger itself was good.

Overall, good beer and food, but very slow service.

Great food. Not your typical bar food. It’s elevated a bit. The ingredients they use are fresh and high quality. We’ve always had great service here. They have great brews and seltzers on top.

Had the Blonde Ale. Was not that busy service was quick.

Very clean and a lot or places to sit and have a pint. The kitchen smelled of sirloin. I would have one but was in a rush.

Out of the 11 beers on tap. Only two were brewed there. The rest were guest taps. Hence the 4 stars.

A nice selection of apparel, glasses, and to go beers.

Modest selection of alcohol.

Huge back patio and the front area had great seating with a view of the Main Street for people watching.

The patina on the copper top bar was amazing!

This was a cool little brewery in the nice, historic downtown of Geneseo. I came here on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and they unfortunately, only had one of their beers on tap (their blonde ale, which I didn’t care that much for – but I’m not typically big on blonde ales). You can get flights of 4. They had many other craft beers on tap. I ordered the tacos and thought it was ok, I should have gone with something else. I’ll have to come back and give it another try when they have more of their beers on tap.
