Generoso’s is an excellent lunch spot, a really great addition to the Coral Springs / Parkland area. We ordered Nonna’s Favorite and The Dapper Don, along with a Valentine’s Day special latte, and everything was fresh and full of flavor.

The eggplant sandwich was perfectly balanced with roasted peppers and mozzarella, and The Dapper Don had high-quality roast beef on great artisan bread with incredible flavor throughout. The meats, bread, and coffee were all top-notch, and the prebuilt menu selection is very well done.

The interior is very well finished and shows the owners care about their business.

Definitely a place we’ll be back to with family and friends.

Saw this place was new and my wife and i checked it out. Fantastic sandwiches which are loaded up with quality ingredients and they actually put care into making it. We took it to go but the inside looked nice too especially for what you expect from a sub shop.

My boss took us here for lunch today and if you like that old school NY Italian deli style, you’ll enjoy this place. It’s a bit pricey, but as close as it gets to NY style Italian. Eggplant sliced thin and fried. Worth checking out

So happy to see my favorite new spot in Broward listed in Google Maps.

Incredible coffee and Sandwich shop in Coral Springs/Parkland. Great place for a late morning coffee or lunch bite.

The wait can be long at lunch rush but well worth it for these artisan sandwiches.

Favorites at the moment are the Italian Stallion, the Mambo Italiano and the Trio Parm.

Everything was incredible. We got there right before they closed and the owners and staff were all super friendly and patient with us. They took the time to go through the (giant) menu with us and make some recommendations since it was our first time visiting. We tried sandwiches with both the seeded bread and the focaccia (The Godfather, Roma, Bella Brie, and Hot Gooma) and all of them were fantastic, just depends on your mood. They pulled the focaccia out fresh for us and sliced all of the meats and cheese to order despite us arriving as they were closing with a big order. They sliced everything super thin and piled it high and the quality was all well worth the price. The Tiramisu latte was already surprisingly good and well balanced. They even gave us some of their macaroni, pasta, and potato salads to try and they were all delicious. Overall fantastic food and experience and I’m thrilled they are opened so close, will definitely be back soon!

We decided to give Generoso’s a try and am I ever glad I did. They have 42 different grinders to chose from on the menu or you can make your own combo. Yes I used the word grinder because the quality and taste of it brought me back to my roots in the Northeast. Yes its that good. They also have a coffee bar, some pastries, salads and paninis. Take a look at the photo I took of our grinders being made. Let me know anywhere down here that puts that much meat on a sandwich. You wont find it. We also tried the potato salad and folks it didnt come out of a 5 gallon plastic container I guarantee it. Absolutely must try. I strongly suggest you get over to Generoso’s sooner than later because this place will have a line out the door before long.

Food is incredible and owners are a class act! The food is absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients and generous portions. What really sets it apart, though, is the customer service. The owners and staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience. Cannot recommend enough!

I decided to give Generoso’s a try after hearing all the hype and I placed an order and paid for a sandwich online. Pick in 45 – 50 minutes. When I arrived the place was empty. The gentleman I saw when I walked in said nothing to me. I asked him how he was doing and he kind of nodded looking like he was angry at me. I said I placed an order online and gave him my order number and he said what’s your name. I gave him my name and he handed a young lady my bag and said nothing no thank you no nothing. The young lady proceeded to hand me my credit card receipt and asked me to sign (already processed and paid) I complied , she was very friendly. The sandwich was good, not great, the chicken cutlet was a bit overcooked and the bread was good but not NY as I expected. I’m Italian and had great expectations . The place was built out beautifully. The sandwich was big! it was good and pricey (over $20) I included a $2 tip and the receipt asked for an additional tip when I signed which also rubbed me the wrong way. I probably will not return mainly due to the unwelcoming attitude of the gentleman when I walked in. I would think a new business would be more welcoming to their customers to build clientele.
