My husband ordered from there for our supper tonight to pick up on the way home. I had ordered the same thing I have gotten the last three times, chicken with mixed vegetables, extra brown sauce on the side. When I open the bag to get our food out things just didn’t look right. His food was fine, mine however is not at all what I ordered. He called them to let them know that they were wrong. “They have a new guy in the kitchen and they will give $5 off of the next order. I honestly don’t care if there was a new person in the kitchen. Get the damn good right. Instead of offering the dinky $5 the whole entree plus whatever the extra was for the sauce should have been comped. The food was steamed and had no sauce! This was not what I asked for. Will not be returning to them. And you better hope they don’t mess up your order

I don’t think you put this review on the correct restaurant. We didn’t get any return calls in the past week. In addition, our restaurant is family owned and operated. We do not have any new people joining us. We are located in Cross Plains.

This is the correct restaurant and correct location. Food was ordered from your restaurant on Thursday February 12th and picked up at approximately 2:55 pm. My husband in fact did call your business that same day around 4:00 pm to have the issue corrected in some way. He spoke to a women that stated there was someone new in the kitchen. Whether or not you are family owned isn’t the issue. The fact of the matter is that receiving a $5 credit for an incorrect order was unacceptable. She (whomever she is) also tried to argue with him on the phone. The fact that this seems to be the only review that you have responded to tells me all I need to know

Everything I order is so delicious. I recently ordered the wonton soup and the sweet and sour chicken 2nd time. It still is so delicious. The only thing I changed is I said extra hot and spicy. The general Tso’s chicken and the sweet and sour chicken and the shrimp egg rolls are magnificent. I order once a week and sometimes twice. Great every time. Hot, fresh and quick. You can only order out from here.

They only do togo and there are many items we love the portions are huge!! They are fast and friendly. Personally I love the broccoli and garlic sauce my absolute favorite!!! Highly recommend…

Just alright. The general tso’s chicken gets points for texture (of the good pieces) and good amount of sauce, but has some serious shortcomings. The worst is that about half of the pieces were awfully dry and chewy – probably a re-fry of old chicken. A few small pieces of broccoli were more of a joke than a vegetable side. And, the price of $14.95 is much too high for what should have been $10 max.

Solid Chinese American food. Carry out order consisted of hot & sour soup, sesame chicken, Singapore mei fun & white rice. Food was ready on time and was hot and fresh. Appreciated the generous amount of tofu and fresh sliced mushrooms in the soup. Will order from here again.

Have been frequenting this establishment since 2020 and have never had a bad experience. Quite frankly the best Chinese takeout that I’ve come across in the Madison area. Food is always delicious and the service has always been great.

Literally the worst fried rice ive had in my entire life. We got beef,chicken and vegetable fried rice. Each one was gross. Just moved to CP and definitely will not be back. We’ll drive the extra distance to Middleton or Madison if we want Chinese. Im so confused how this place has such a good rating. We ended up throwing away everything it was that bad.

11/23 update. Had the Dragon & Phoenix chef special and it was really good. I didnt think it was hot or spicy as they said it was.. but it was good. I will order it again. Quality Chinese for restaurant.
