Great place but missing light fruity flavors. The gelato tasted fresh, Very heavy and creamy. Limited set of flavors but very organic. Recommend green tea.

My wife and I took the class. We’re expert-level ice cream/gelato gluttons, but when it comes to making it we’re neophytes just beginning to dabble. We read the description and had been looking forward to this as an educational date for some time.
Hard to call it a class. At $80/person for ~45 mins, it was almost insultingly basic. We cut vanilla from a pod, weighed some liquids on a kitchen scale, squeezed an immersion blender. The liquids (gelato base, egg mix) and other ingredients (dextrose, caramel) were pre-made and provided without context. Our instructor was attentive and very nice, but softball questions (“what’s in that?”, “how’d you make the caramel?”, “what’s that machine you’re using do?”, “why dextrose?”) got cursory responses. “Emulsifiers other than eggs?” she just ignored. At the end, there was a peremptory “gelato is better than ice cream” speech read from a clipboard.
Re: the gelato, it was good. Our reference standard being Capogiro (world-class, now defunct), objectively Gemelli might be very good. We left with two pints each. I’m sure we’ll enjoy them, but for $160 and the trek to West Chester we’re disappointed to have learned so little.

This place is adorable and the ambiance is so inviting!! The staff is super friendly and the gelato is amazing!!!!! Went here recently and was delighted with the entire experience! I had a mini cup with Irish Coffee and chocolate chip (which had a fancy name!). And I love the little gelato spoons! Just like the ones I used when in Italy!!

I wanted a hot chocolate tonight, and saw that this place offered hot chocolate. It was made pretty quickly and it definitely hit the spot. It was delicious! I love how it had more of a dark chocolate taste, but it wasn’t overpowering. Next time I might order it with gelato or a shot of espresso!

This place is so clean. Plenty of seating with outdoor and indoor. Love the ambiance. Taste of the ice cream is so good. I ordered small scoop and it comes with 2 flavor options. Must try death chocolate.

This place is great. Its always a good goto for cappuccinos and gellato. I typically go for the late night cappuccino after dinner. Come through and have them wow you. They usually have helpful staff. Clean bathrooms and all around cool crowd.
