5 star is only for the customer service. People are nice, lady was polite but on the other side it will take about 1h30min to load you and other 15-30min to get your paperwork. (Average time I have estimated for each trailer is around 2h. Best advice, to get some good nap 😉
Btw, appointment only, if they say we will call you, that means probably not, since it’s taking them long time to load. I think it’s understandable because of the boxes and stuff you can see from the picture I sent here. Good luck everyone!

According to previous reviews, I figured I was in for hell at this place. Not true. Was there for about 2 hours, which isn’t bad. Everyone was nice and easy to deal with.
The weights though are weird. The white weight ticket is theirs and the yellow is the CAT Scale. Tandems are set at 40’6″. Not sure how they can be off by that much. Other than that, not a bad experience.

The airport was first , so why would you put several 100 foot smoke stacks , at times covered with smoke, in front of it??? who approved that? This is very>> DANGEROUS << as it has already been run into by an aircraft and the young pilot lost her life. If it was painted red and white stripes as the FAA recommended that [years ago] would have helped and some of the lights on them are out, Is there no one in charge there? This was not good planning and needs to be moved or at least heavily angle away from the air strip ] before there are more accidents.

My first time here, and it wasn’t too bad. A few hrs to get loaded, and they were pleasant.
A bit of xtra work scaling, but it’s the job.

This is my least favorite place in the entire country to get loaded. I’ve been here since last night. Granted I was way ahead of my appointment and the actually got me in the door a little before my appointment, but I’ve been in the door for 2-1/2 hours and they’re still not done loading my trailer. BTW, while I was waiting for a door, there were several hours that passed with nobody backed into a door. Once they’re done loading me, it’s usually another 30 minutes to get paperwork. If you can avoid this place you should.

I have been here numerous times. About half the time it is a nightmare. They are so completely incompetent that it will boggle your mind. And they dont care that they cost you money .. entire days. Had a 9am appt. I came last night and was docked at 8am. They finally got me losded at 12:00 noon. They loaded me with 49,300 lbs. They had to “adjust” the load. It’s now 2:15 pm and they are still screwing with it. Thats 6 hours and here i am. If you have ANY choice DO NOT load here. These people have no business near a shipping dept.
