What really made my visit special, though, was the amazing service. The worker helping me was so sweet and patient, taking the time to let me sample a few flavors and offering helpful suggestions with a genuine smile. You can really tell they care about making the experience a great one. I’ll definitely be back!
Their items are super affordable, it’s super cute inside, and they have a fantastic dairy-free sorbet selection, along with a long list of various desserts to choose from.
Gelato & Company is a gem when it comes to finding delicious treats served in different and creative forms. Whether you’re a fan of classic Italian desserts or just have a sweet tooth, this place delivers quality that goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a chain.
I started with the pistachio ice cream bar, which was nothing short of perfection. The texture was incredibly creamy, and the pistachio flavor came through beautifully—nutty, rich, and balanced without being too sweet. You can tell they use real ingredients, not artificial flavoring.
Next up was the tiramisu, a must-try for any dessert lover. It had just the right amount of coffee kick, layered with velvety mascarpone and soft cake that melted in the mouth. Not overly heavy—just a smooth, satisfying bite every time.
But the biggest surprise? The toasted coconut cream puff. Light, airy, and full of coconut flavor with a slightly crispy top. It’s one of those desserts you don’t expect to love, but it completely wins you over.
What I appreciate most is the consistency and attention to detail. Even though it’s a chain, everything tastes handcrafted and thoughtfully prepared. The presentation is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience makes you want to come back again and again.
I’ll definitely be checking out other locations to see what regional or seasonal specialties they offer. Gelato & Company is one of those rare finds that blends creativity, quality, and flavor all in one. If you’re nearby—run, don’t walk!
“Why should it?” I answered her. “I keep telling them it’s for you.”
What’s not a joke was how good the gelato was and how nice the service was. First time here. We will come back.
I ordered 2 medium 2-scoop gelatos (one with pistachio & rocher, the other with pistachio & dulce de leche), 1 brownie popsicle, and 1 small cannoli. I paid for everything.
While sitting in our car outside eating the gelato, we noticed that one of the gelatos only had pistachio — the dulce de leche scoop was completely missing. We also realized that we were never given the cannoli, even though it was paid for.
When I went back inside (to order more items to go), I informed them about both issues. They only said “sorry” for missing the gelato flavor. They then noticed themselves that I hadn’t received the cannoli — and mentioned that when I initially left, the cannoli was put back into the display.
What really bothered me is that no one tried to bring the missing items to us, even though we were parked right outside, and even when I came back inside, they didn’t offer it until I specifically pointed it out. It felt like they would have just let it go if I hadn’t noticed.
This experience made me feel scammed and uncomfortable. For the prices they charge, I expect accuracy, honesty, and better customer service. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short.
Update for Business Owner Reply:
Hi, thank you for responding and for acknowledging that this experience fell below your standards.
I’d like to clarify that the missing cannoli was only given after I specifically asked about it. At the time, no refund, replacement scoop, or any extra item was offered to make up for the missing gelato flavor or the inconvenience. The only response I received was a verbal apology.
While I appreciate that you are addressing this internally with your team, from a customer perspective, the lack of effort to proactively correct the situation in the moment is what made the experience disappointing.
I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.
