Obviously BEST gelato in town.
I love their tiramisu, Dulce de Leche & expresso. the young man they have working for them provides the best service and whom I believe is the owner is such a kind man, always goes above and beyond to provided excellent service! If you’re like me that can’t make up your mind and feel like trying maybe more then 3 they never make you feel like you’re asking for too much.

Matteo & his wife are amazing. What people may not know is that it’s not just a gelato place. Their gelato is incredible with so many interesting flavors but they also have a bakery and serve delicious Italian fare such as paninis, focaccia, lasagna & more. They recently obtained a beer & wine license to pair with the amazing food. Don’t pass up this hidden gem!!

This place was legit! My wife and I went in there earlier today and I got the pistachio cheesecake, and she got cherry cake, and both were absolutely delicious! Highly highly recommend this place to any local or anyone visiting the Ft. Myers area! The man and women that served us were the best. Extremely welcoming and fun. Thank you for an amazing dessert!

Quite literally the best gelato I’ve ever had. Hell, the best frozen treat I’ve ever had, period. Brought my girlfriend here for her birthday – knowing she loves tiramisu, and ended up trying a bit of everything, got the tiramisu, & sitting down and enjoying a “small” gelato cup. (It was the largest serving I’ve ever received for $6, literally 3 whole scoops)
We had to get to go cups for what we couldn’t finish.
Not to mention, the owner is incredibly hospitable and generous.
We frequently go out for ice cream dates, and we just discovered our new forever favorite spot.
Seriously, if you’re in Fort Myers and haven’t been to Gelato go, you are missing out on such a TREAT of a business.

First off, I have been there many times. I have purchased their lasagna, bread, cakes and gelato. The food has always been very good and the portions are more than generous. Tonight I went there with 3 family members. When we walked in there were no other people at the counter. The 1st person in my party ordered Gelato. I was next in line. I asked for tiramisu. The punk waiting on us said he was going to get the Gelato orders first, fine. In the mean time 8 more people had come to the counter. When the last person in my party ordered their Gelato I asked for my tiramisu. The punk said “no, I’m getting Gelato orders first”. So I walked around over to another worker and asked how I get an order of tiramisu. I was told I had to wait because they were busy (more people were coming in, so the line for Gelato was even longer.) The rest of my family had been served and were eating. Of course I argued and the man who told me I had to wait and he relented and got me my order so I could eat with my family. We sat at a table outside and the man who eventually served me (I assume he was the owner) came out side and asked me how it was and offered a half hearted apology. The tiramisu was delicious but after that experience I’m not sure if will ever go there again.
PS: Since my original post the owner, in response, has basically called me a liar. I am not a liar. I was the 2nd one in line but the brat serving refused to serve me.
He also said I don’t understand how hard they work. I was born into the restaurant business. My parents worked from 11 am until 1 am the next morning, 7 days a week. All of us worked in the restaurant. None of us would treat a customer like that.
The owner thinks I should apologize but it is he who should apologize.

This is hands down the best new restaurant in the Fort Myers area. Yes, they have outstanding homemade gelato that is the best I’ve ever had. They also have tasty Italian pastries and coffee. The sleeper hit here are the incredible sandwiches. The sandwiches are worth going there alone. They bake the bread fresh and all the other ingredients are super fresh and taste fantastic.
This place is destined to be a Mecca for anyone that loves authentic Italian cuisine. All the staff are super friendly including the main proprietor named Mateo. He’ll make you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk through the door. Don’t miss out on this brilliant gem before the secret gets out that this is the best place around. Make sure to tell them Steve sent you!
