The only authentic Italian food in Fort Collins!
As someone from the east coast, this place feels just like home. The ingredients are extremely high quality and the owner/chef is incredibly talented and kind. I highly recommend this place for any occasion!

Absolutely amazing! The best pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled the United States and originally from Atlanta and I have never had pizza this good. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here since yesterday. I left here in disbelief that I found the best pizza in the world. I’ve contacted some friends about it to let them know. I’m now telling everyone this is the best pizza you can find. The breakfast I had this morning was just as good. You get free coffee that’s amazing. If you think about it the breakfast i had was around $6 the coffee is worth that much so it’s like getting free breakfast with your coffee. Now to the Cannoli……I have flown to New York for cannoli before. I love them this much. These are better. The best. Some people refer to someone as the man, the myth, the legend. I’ve came to refer to the person behind this culinary work of art as the deity of the culinary arts. Everything on this menu is a masterpiece. As Poseidon is to the sea and Apollo is to music, Paul Pellegrino is to food. I don’t think in a hundred lifetimes I could ever dream up the creations that they serve here. If you believe like I do that love can be shown through food this guy is the Cupid of this industry.

I was referred to this place by a customer who recommended the chicken parm sandwich. I’ve been getting those and kraut burgers for lunch ever since. Finally got around to having breakfast and the frittata was amazing. My partner got the Trenton roll and not only was it amazing it reminded her of home on the east coast. We’ve needed pancetta for a recipe and wanted authentic, this place had that as well an it made the dish. I cannot recommend this place enough, breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert one stop shop. Best Italian food in Fort Collins.

Mediocre at best. Pizza was an utter disappointment— I’ve had gas station pizza that was better! After trying to eat dinner, we thought we’d try the desserts — thinking maybe that was more of their specialty. The gelato & tiramisu were also a letdown. The Tiramisu was mostly liquid (maybe it was an old batch that had been sitting for a long time?)
The staff was nice but untrained & wasn’t familiar with the menu.
We will not be returning.

Yesterday I had the most wonderful experience at this friendly Italian restaurant. I brought my dog Archie with me. We were treated like family. I ordered the freshly made pasta special. The owner Paul connected with me and Archie and shared his passion for food, hospitality, and community. Breakfast is also amazing! Dog treats are always available.

First time in, and we were super impressed. A lil pricey.. but big portions! My husband’s veal was pretty tough. I didn’t get a picture.
I’m from Chicago and give them ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ for their Italian beef. The giardiniera tastes homemade! My little loved their slice. The pastry we started with was SO good. I believe it was filled with marzipan.
I do wish the staff knew a little more about the available items. Service is VERY nice, and willing to go ask themselves, so she absolutely handled it professionally! I swear I saw a Nonna back there

I’ve driven past here so many times thinking…. we should stop and try this sometime. So we finally did and it wasn’t a let down.
I’ll be it, my expectations are set quite high so I’m not gonna say anything wild like “this is the best sandwich I’ve ever had”, simply because it isn’t. But it was very good!!! The pastrami was on point because there’s a lot of places that lack good pastrami. The sandwich had great flavor and the bread was just right.
The cannoli was as expected, which I’ve never had one that wow’d me.
The price is definitely up there. Nearly 20 dollars for a sandwich but you have to remember this isn’t some fast food joint that mass produces garbage. Plus the staff here is much more personable and friendly than some places.
In the end I’d recommend stopping in to grab a bite if you’re in the area, I don’t think you will regret it.

I ordered dinner from Gelato and Amore (Paul’s other company) prior to ordering a catered pre-Thanksgiving meal. We “Auditioned” their chicken parm, chicken piccata, chicken marsala and the meatballs. They were all great and it was hard to narrow down what we wanted for the pre-Thanksgiving dinner. After reading the other reviews, I can’t wait to go back and try their pizza!

I drove by this place and was like wow I can’t believe I’ve ever noticed it before. Quick Google and saw the menu had a Chicago Italian beef. I had to go! That’s something I miss from Chicago and Denver has a good spots. But I didn’t think Fort Collins wouldn’t have a decent let alone SPECTACULAR beef. Wow was that delicious. The meat was wet, the bread was perfect, the cheese and Giardiniera was spot on too. Pretty sure made in house because of the flavor those had. The staff were super friendly and chill. Let me taste all the gelato I wanted while I waited for my food, which wow, authentic doesn’t even come close. So good!!! She also recommended the meatballs as a little addition since it was my first time in. Holy moly was that a good suggestion. The meatballs and sauce were so tasty and rich in flavor. I will be back for sure to try whatever else they got going on in that kitchen! A Fort Collins gem for sure!

Ended up ordering 2 entrees and gelato. The gelato was decently good but the entrees were borderline un-eatable. The chicken parm was flavorless tough. The noodles were well beyond “al dente” and could definitely used more time to cook and some butter or seasoning. Lastly the chicken Piccata had to be the worst tasting dish I may have ever had in my life. Not only was the small rancid but the taste was extremely off putting i ended up throwing the entire dish away. I love trying local restaurants when traveling but this has been the worst spot to get food from to date. Going forward I will stick to only the grlato since that was tasteful. Also just in case they try accusing me of being lactose intolerant like some other comment I saw on here, that was definitely not the issue and they need to work on their quality control. For once I would have prefer to eat olive garden instead of a local Italian place.
