We wanted to eat ice cream and found this place on Google Maps. Fortunately, it didn’t disappoint. I took a picture of all the flavors available. I went with the pistachio, which was great. Passion fruit is another great option.
The two girls working there, Miranda and Chelsea, were so nice and friendly.
Prices are:
5: one scoop
6.5: two scoops
Maybe around 7 to 8: 3 scoops.
The cone is $1, and the chocolate cone is $2.
All in all, it’s a nice gelato shop in a very nice mall (Baybrook) in Webster.
I recommend it.
Recommendation: Please add a banana flavour.

On my way to the theater, I knew that Gelatissimo would be my first stop when my movie was finished. The aroma of delicious sweets caught my attention.
The staff was super helpful. It’s a small store with little room to stand, so if you’re going to ask for a sample, try not to get a sample of everything like the gentleman in front of me.
First, I sampled the dragon fruit with lychee. It was good, but not what I wanted. Next, I sampled the decadent cookie dough, and that was it for me. I ordered one scoop on a vanilla waffle cone, and my husband got one scoop of their cotton candy in a cup. Both flavors were amazing!
Prices are fair for gelato, especially considering the quality.

They make the gelato and waffle cones in-store, creating a delightful atmosphere filled with sweet aromas. I sampled several flavors, both dairy and non-dairy, and they were all delicious. It was difficult to decide which flavor to choose. In the end, I opted for the Lemon and Mint, which was incredibly refreshing, especially since it was hot outside.

This place was OK. The gelato itself was delicious. Service was ok. Value was exceptionally poor. My husband got a cup and I got a cone. It was $19 and change. My cone had hollow parts and the entire bottom had no ice cream. My husband’s cup was filled flush with the cup. We won’t be back sadly.

The best artisanal gelato in town. They make their gelato/sorbet and cones fresh in store. Gelato and sorbet have no artificial colors or ingredients. Their sorbet are rich and creamy not icy or slushy. So many options and flavors to choose from. You can even taste as many flavors as you want before deciding which one you want to walk out of the store with. Can’t just have one flavor. I love my Choc Mint and Pistachio combo. Sometimes I go with the Amarena paired Chunky New York Cheesecake. Oh, don’t forget the mango sorbet, it is to die for, like eating fresh riped mango. Pair the mango with the Reduced Sugar Strawberry sorbet (like eating a handful of strawberries) a match made in heaven. They have pints and gelato cake too. This place is a must visit if you are in the area or want to make Baybrook Mall a destination, go treat yourself to some amazing gelato. They are out on the lawn right next to Star Cinema Grill Theater. Grab a movie then Gelatissimo gelato after. Or grab dinner at Maggianos, Perrys, Glorias Latin Cuisine, or Fogo de Choa then get Gelatissimo gelato for dessert.

I got to try Gelatissimo at our venue’s open house, and I immediately told my fiance that I wanted gelato at our wedding. Simon was so easy to communicate with and was really accommodating to our schedule when setting up our in person meetup and tasting appointment. Although their store front is an hour away from where we live, it was so worth the drive! All the flavors were so delicious, and they do not use any artificial flavors. Simon was super helpful in helping us decide how much gelato to order given our guest count as well as what to consider when choosing our flavors. Even though the gelato bar is only available for 2 hours, they will leave if they run out, and let me tell you how big a hit the gelato bar was because we ran out in about an hour! My biggest regret is not ordering more, so we could bring home any leftovers. We are definitely making a trip out to the store one of these days because I am STILL thinking about their gelato! The gelato bar was a highlight for many of our guests and was something I was looking forward to leading up to our big day. We would definitely recommend booking Gelatissimo for your next event!
