So here’s a funny one—spotted this menu at my gym (because nothing motivates a workout like thinking about sushi, right?) and decided to drag my wife and son along to investigate. Turns out, this place is split down the middle: hibachi on one side, sushi on the other. We bravely sacrificed ourselves to the sushi side first—and wow, totally worth it!
They’ve got tables, a sushi bar, and even a regular bar, so no matter your mood you’re covered. The sushi was fresh, delicious, and came in more varieties than I thought existed. The background music was just the right volume—not so loud that we had to shout, but loud enough to cover my son’s running commentary about how much sushi he could eat. Service was all smiles and super attentive.
Bottom line: 10/10 recommend. We’ll be back to try the hibachi—because it only seems fair to give both sides a workout.

We originally walk in to have Lunch that turn out to dinner.
We were received very friendly and promptly given a table, they explain the menu as it was our first time here, I did not took as many pictures of all the items we ordered but I will get it from our guest at the table and update later.
The place is very relax and cooling, nice music, nice staff.
Food was very well presented and so tasty and fresh. I am in for the carpaccios as a good Mexican!

The service was exceptional — everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and well-prepared, even speaking several languages fluently. Fantastic experience! The owners even agreed to take a photo with us. They were entertaining, and the food was off the charts. And the martinis! Could not have made them better myself! They just opened, give them a try, we highly recommend this place!

This a wonderful new needed restaurant in East Las Vegas. The food and service is so amazingly. My family and I went three weeks in a row because it’s so good. I can’t wait to go back. I hope everyone supports this restaurant.

My friends and I recently came to Geisha Mix for dinner. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but the inside looks really nice. There’s two sides to the restaurant. One side is for sushi & they have an all you can eat option or al la cart. The other side is the hibachi.
They had some really unique sushi rolls. I haven’t seen before and some unique side dishes like the tacos. The hibachi comes with the standard salad and soup and I like that they have an option for fried rice or noodles. The chef we had was awesome. He was super funny and had some great tricks.
This would be a great spot for a date night or special celebrations.

My bf found a post about this place on FB in the Thai community he follows. After speaking with the owner, we found out the post was made by the owner’s wife to help promote it. Just opened on 9/1/2022.
We decided to try it tonight and it was AMAZING!! We were honestly surprised by what was on the menu esp everything under the carpaccio section.
Very fresh fish and presentation is great!
Thai tea was perfect. Not sweet like Thai restaurants.
Interior was beautiful. Very spacious w tables that can fit up to 6 people comfortably.
I liked that they have contactless payment. Always love seeing how that works because some apps are not user friendly but the service they signed up for is great!
I liked that we didn’t feel rushed to eat so we were able to enjoy every single bite. The staff and owner are so nice!
The only thing I would suggest are changing the wasabi so it’s more spicy (it’s a bit weak haha), the nigiri rice portion needs to be consistent and it would’ve been nice to have hot tea on the menu.
We will definitely be going back to try other menu items.

Listen, I’ve been to some questionable spots before, but Geisha Mix managed to set the bar so low it’s now chilling with Atlantis. Hands down, the worst hibachi experience of my life. If you enjoy waiting, disappointment, and food that makes you question your life choices, this is the place for you! Let’s start with the fact that there was exactly one cook working the entire restaurant. One lone warrior battling an army of hungry, unsuspecting diners. It took 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge our presence—at this point, I was convinced I was invisible to the staff. After an hour of just sitting there like abandoned children, someone finally asked us what we wanted to drink. That’s right—an hour in, and we hadn’t even gotten a sip of water. Then came the sushi. Oh boy. Picture a crime scene—because that’s what this was. The sushi had visible freezer burn. I don’t mean a little frost; I mean it looked like it had been cryogenically frozen. My husband, bless his soul, tried to let them know. What did they do? They argued with him. They asked him to provide photographic evidence from his phone of what yellowtail is supposed to look like. When he did, they gaslit him into believing he had somehow conjured a fake image of a fish. Then came the hibachi, and if the sushi hadn’t already crushed my spirit, this finished me off. The cook—who seemed like he had two days of experience, max—launched rice into the air like he was trying to feed the ceiling tiles. Half of it landed on us. There was zero seasoning in the rice. None. Nada. It tasted like he just drowned everything in butter and called it a day. My scallops? Undercooked and mushy. While we were waiting (and waiting… and waiting), we desperately tried to find another restaurant to salvage our Valentine’s celebration. But every place we called hit us with a busy signal, as if the universe itself was telling us, Nope, you’re stuck in this hibachi purgatory. So, like the hopeful fools we were, we stayed put, whispering prayers to the hibachi gods that things would improve. Just when we thought our evening couldn’t get any more surreal, the bill arrived, proudly showcasing charges for our freezer-burned sushi. We politely requested its removal and they argued with us again! With a 4.7-star rating, you’d think Geisha Mix was the culinary equivalent of winning the lottery. Instead, it felt like we’d been handed a scratch-off that said try again! I’m convinced they must have invested more in their online ratings than in their actual rice seasoning because there is no way no how this place has received the ratings it has in the past.
