Thanks to the LA State Realty group, we were introduced to Geaux Fresh today! We hosted their lunch and when I asked for the favorite spots, Geaux Fresh was on the top of the list with some other great restaurants. When I called Jodi, she knew exactly what the group liked and I gave her free rein to put something awesome together. She came through in a big way! The sandwiches are huge and full of yummy goodness! The wraps were nearly bursting out of their seams with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and sauce! I’ve never had sandwiches and wraps that were this full! That fullness only counts if the contents taste good, and these measured up in a big way! The Jacked Up Wrap was my personal favorite, but the girls devoured the fruity chicken salad before I could even taste it! We aren’t in Minden every week, but when I go back, I know exactly where I will go for a fresh, delicious lunch! Thanks, Geaux Fresh, for great customer service and amazing food!

Amazing juicy jacked up chicken sandwich. Loved the strawberry pie here. The staff here is awesome. I talked to them and they mentioned having later closing times. Instructions for my food order were followed perfectly. Also the cookies are really really one of the best I’ve had. Definitely try them.

I’ve lived in Minden for almost 4 years now and somehow have never made it to Geaux Fresh until today.
It’s a beautiful place inside. I placed a to go order and the staff was super duper friendly.
I ordered a Caesar salad for my daughter and the Fruity Ninja for myself. My daughter loves their Caesar salads. The Fruity Ninja is fruity chicken salad on top of spring mix and avocado. Fuity chicken salad is my favorite kind but this one was lacking a bit in the flavor department. I would probably have enjoyed it better with some type of dressing on the salad. I’ve been fighting the crud so my taste buds might not have been up to par.
I was very tempted by the desserts but will save that for another day. They looked amazing.
I will definitely go back to try the desserts, burgers, and more.

This place is amazing. The food was delicious. We had southwest salad and the love pizza. Both were so delicious. But above all the service was such a true blessing. It isn’t often you find such happy and godly people who love sharing Jesus as well as great food. Praise the Lord for Geaux Fresh

This was my first time visiting for work and I will definitely be back! Everything was fresh, service was quick and staff were very hospitable! I got a good parking spot across the street with no problem around lunch time. Best place in the city for a quick nutritious meal.

We had an amazing experience today, 5/31/22. We drove from KS to Minden on our way to Baton Rouge. The staff are all so beautiful and helpful. Our sandwiches were so very good, lots of flavor and just the right amount of crunch with the panini. Sometimes they are too soft or too tough, theirs were perfect. The small salad was great because of the house dressing. Love the spice in it! We will definitely stop by on our way back!! ❤️❤️❤️

The food here was excellent! We loved the shrimp bisque soup. Best bisque I’ve ever had. The blackberry jalapeno turkey sandwich was delicious. And then we had the pie! Subtle flavors and creamy. The servers were friendly and courteous. The dining room is casual. If you are tired of the typical fried food meals, you will definitely enjoy this!

Very good food. Easy to find something healthy according to whatever diet you may be following. The pizza is gluten free on a cauliflower crust. Delicious! Very friendly staff. Will definitely be returning.
