The food was delicious. I got the haddock and chips (fries), my boyfriend got the bangers and mash. The haddock was so tender and almost fluffy, not heavy at all with grease. The bangers (polish sausage) was flavorful, especially with wonderfully caramelized onions on the side. Derek and JJ were very helpful with explaining the menu and giving recommendations for us newbies. They also generously offered 10% off when we went back to order seconds (the fried squid – which was AMAZING, I didn’t know that squid could be so un-rubbery!) because it was our first time there. The atmosphere is rustic and casual. All in all, will be back!

Great service and atmosphere, but the food wasn’t good enough to come back again. The fish batter was too greasy. The mashed potatoes had little flavor and tasted like boxed mashed potatoes. The clam chowder was okay, but there wasn’t a clam in every bite, as advertised on the menu. The food was way overpriced for what we received.

If you are an anglophile, this is the place for you. Authentic British fish and chips, pork pies, bangers, shepherds pie. Plenty of vinegar. Baskets and “take-away” boxes are lined with “newspaper”. The patio is super nice with a firepit! Great branding. Even reserved parking for Mini-coopers. Lol.

Pleasantly surprised and can’t wait to go back! Got a combo and everything was super tasty! Light and crispy batter, flaky fish, and very fresh. Shepherds pie was very good and flavorful. Wish it had a touch more gravy but overall it was really good and I would easily order it again. The meat pies and pasties looked great!
Will certianly return..I was told by the kitchen to try the Pollock and Haddock on their own instead of combo…they said it was 1 huge peice of fish!

The 1-⭐️ is for the safety of delivery orders. I placed an order for 6 piece cod but the bag was not sealed securely, nor did it have tamper- proof tape. I only received 5 cod fish but it could be seen on the box where the driver’s hand likely hijacked the missing fish. We the customers, do not want dirty hands touching the food…please use tamper proof tape or similar. Thank you!

What an incredible place to have some of the Best fish and sides, all of which are great, but all the different fish are the Stars of this place. All the fish are fresh, delicious and perfectly fried to bring out the true flavor of the sea. The atmosphere and people here are beyond awesome. Give them a try and you’ll leave with a giant smile on your face and a very happy tummy.
