Our waitress. The best. If you encounter an older lady with an amazing sense of humor…tip her well. The food here was delicious. If you can mess up eggs and toast or bacon, you deserve to close down. This was the place. Crowded and had a wait time. That means something amazing.

Small breakfast restaurant with limited seating. Sometimes you will have up to a 15 min wait. The food is cooked fresh, and worth the wait. Standard breakfast fare to include omelets, corned beef hash, pancakes, and waffles. Most breakfasts served with 3 eggs. The food is flavorful, cooked fresh, and delivered in a timely manner. Very large servings and reasonably priced. 5 stars.

Supertramp Breakfast in America equals Gateway Breakfast House. Great service and food. We were passing through and can see why it is a popular spot. They had a robust breakfast crowd on a Friday morning.

Gateway Breakfast House absolutely blew me away! I ordered the house special taco omelet, and it was hands-down one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve ever had. It was huge, loaded with the perfect balance of fillings, cheese, and toppings—and came at a great price. I also got a side of hash browns, which were cooked to perfection: golden, crispy, and just right.
The menu is packed with tempting options—seriously, everything coming out of the kitchen looked incredible and made it hard to stick to just one dish. The old-school diner atmosphere gives it a cozy, nostalgic feel, and it’s clearly a favorite among regulars. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place looked clean and well cared for.
Honestly, it’s way better than you’d expect for the area. If I didn’t live so far, I’d be here every weekend. That said—this place is worth going out of your way for. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Our new favorite breakfast house. This reminds me of Grandma’s big breakfasts. Fantastic chicken fried steak, portions enough for 2. So very friendly and cozy place. We’ll worth the small wait time.

Cozy little place with awesome food and great servers. The eggs Benedict was awesome and the chicken cordon scramble was good too. Ask Kari for the Kari menu and she’ll give you some interesting ideas worth trying! (Hope I spelled her name right.)

I went here with my sister and had the worst experince our server was a older lady with blonde hair wore a pink shirt and she was so rude to us. As soon as we got our food she slamed our purchace slip on our table so we put it on amd she yanked it from us. then we forgot it was restricted and she yelled to everyone your card didnt go through and treated is like we were gonna dine and dash. Really made me feel like i ashamed and uncomfterable. All the servers where stareing at us. I barly see my sister and this placereally upset me. That chick is so rude. Good food horrible service. She was like 50 and doesnt know how to say do you have another form of payment. So disrespectful
