Craving a good burger and was indeed satisfied with one @ Gate 25. Cute location in social downtown area of Lincoln. In town for work and happy to find decent parking options and happy people working. Place is no frills urban bar vibe. Food was delicious and just what was needed. Recommend!

I’m 99% sure they used a chuck roast as the Philly cheese steak beef which wasn’t very good at all, i’d avoid that one. Wings were pretty good albeit a little expensive. Overall just pretty mid. I like the vibe in there though.

Conveniently located by the Arena. The place was packed, I didn’t know there was a concert so as a foreigner I thought it was crazy busy because the drinks and food were amazing or something. So I patiently looked for a place to sit down. I ended up in the middle of two parties. The place was LOUD.
The server was trying to keep up with tune demand. Took forever to be seen, then she brought the menu, took my order and then I waited for about 45 minutes for my food to arrive. I ordered the Gate 25 special, which happened to be a beef cheese melt. I chose sweet potato fries on the side. It was pretty good but quite salty.
I also got the cider on tap. Can’t remember the name but I liked it.
Overall, a decent experience.

Worst burger I’ve ever had. Stale, reheated, frozen patty. The bacon was old, tough and so bad tasting I had to leave it on the plate. The “cheese” was a pathetic little dribble of processed cheese-like product that was cooled and hardened in a little spot on the top of the patty. The tots were good tho! They are what earn this place a single star for the food. Service and atmosphere were adequate.

I am visiting Lincoln and wanted to find some comfort food, so while walking around I noticed the sign and entered this restaurant. I could only imagine how busy they could get being so close to the arena. But I decided to go on a Monday. 1 Bacon Cheeseburger and Sweet Potato Fries then washed it down with a Ginger Beer. The service was decent, the food was good, and I will definitely try the location again.

Came with a group for lunch. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was good, but too small in my opinion. Got a bunch of fries, which I appreciated but they were cold, some were soggy, and were relatively flavorless. A member of our group did not get his basic hamburger for at least 20 minutes after the rest of us got our food. The server was nice and apologetic but it wasn’t enough. In the end, I think this just was a one off experience.. but I have to rate it how it was.

I had the Cuban sandwich with fries & my friend had the Nacho plate. Both were very good. Even for them being busy at the time service was excellent, food hot, priced just right. Exellent job that place is doing.

When I went here, I only ordered appetizers and they were super good! we had the pretzel bites and stuffed mushrooms with waters.
Service was good and I enjoyed the chill atmosphere. Usually i don’t like bars but it didn’t feel crowded and didn’t feel like TVs were being shoved in your face. It’s a good place with a variety of food for different ages.
I recommend coming with friends or for a quick bite to eat!
