The pastor/pork quesadillas from Gastronomix were outstanding, packed with tender, well-seasoned pork and perfectly grilled tortillas that were crisp without being greasy. The caramelized onions and fresh sides like radishes, cucumbers, and salsa added a clean, flavorful balance to every bite. You can taste the care and intention in this dish, and it is easily one of those meals that keeps you coming back!! ✨

Two things I recommend are the torta cubana and the agua de mango.
Torta cubana was freshly made and contained huevo, chorizo, salchicha, lettuce, tomato. The flavor was hands down one of the best I had. It has a kick to it but is not that spicy that you won’t eat it.
The agua de mango was delicious as well. Felt like it was freshly made also.

Lovely food truck. I had the chorizo taco and it came with radish, lime, and some spicy light green sauce. If you’re in the area and you want a taco it’s worth stopping by and seeing if it’s your new favorite location. Granted the taco wasn’t as cheap as some other tacos that I’ve had from food trucks (I think it was $3.50) but it was yummy.

Just found this place a couple of days ago and have returned every day since. The food is absolutely incredible as well as the people running. The foodtruck are extremely nice. Everyone needs to go check it out. Hands down best food on 40/42!!!

Ate here for lunch on Saturday, wasn’t expecting much but was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavor of the food and how fast it was prepared. The food tasted so fresh. Food was sooo good I’m going back today to try the rest of the menu. Customer service 10/10. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Cannot rave about this place enough ! Best taco truck in the triangle area !
